From what I heard, the one escorting him was older, and the lady already had an injured foot. Honestly, this was complete negligence on GC police. Also why tf do they have him double cuffed 0:38?

Why did the officers stop so quickly why didn’t they keep running they seamed out of shape why was there not a officer that could ran and stop him this looks real bad on those officers
I have seen that guy and I know he is dangerous and I hope he caught and put back in jail where he belongs. I'm not joking or trolling here. Me and 3 other people saw him beating a young woman who was trying to jump out of his car and ran away from him. This happened in Whitehall out side of a Boost Mobile store this past Thursday. The woman who was working at the store that day did call the police and the police did come out and take a report on that situation. The young woman who was beat that day did run away from that man and she ran down the street and he followed her down the street with his passenger door open hollering for her to get back in the car. I seriously hope that young woman was able to fully get away from him and that she is okay and safe now❤. I have never been in a situation like that in my life but domestic situations like that have happened in my family on both sides and because of that and other reasons I do not fully trust men I don't date them and I never have or never will because I do not have romantic interests in them. I'm not a man hater and I do have plenty of men in my life that I do trust and love my dad and uncles and cousins and other people I work with at work.
