I lived in bolingbrook ill, for a few years. There was a small pond behind the police station. Had something similar. Tiny pond but had a variety of fish bigger then expected. Wounder if it's still there.
Mount you some small pvc pip up and down on each side of the boat at the back of the trailer make backing trailer with no boat way easier and loading the boat way easier
Please come to caddo lake in louisiana go to oil city and then go to hosston black bayou its like 20 mins from there at most. Both lakes hold hugeeeeee bass. And perfect for flipping and pitching and frog fishing. Both lakes are insanely beautiful
Jon, I'd recommend moving the winch strap forward to allow the jb to sit on the trailer better, rather than hanging over the back end so far. It's designed to be adjusted, hence how the trailer is suited to jb's from 12' to 16'. You will find that towing it will feel a lot better, safer even, because as it is now, there's too much weight behind the axle, which can cause serious issues with trailer sway, especially once you start adding extra weight with gear.

It wouldn't be till I was 19 that I would return. But i fell in love deeper than ever before. Years of crappy jobs had given me a new outlook. I started working when I was 15 selling news papers, and have been going ever since. Now I work for myself and i wont sell anything. I am a stone mason by trade (no where near my limits), and I ensure my sustainability by providing more quality to the customer. Instead of selling I conceptualize with them proactivley, and my products provide many years of appreciation. Normally im not selling myself lol. But while I'm shilling. I can make my self available and I am willing to travel. Just bear in mind I'm a 2 man team of my father and I. Its 80+ an hour, or we can also bid jobs. Might be willing to knock some off for a fishing guide for a couple days.

The inlet could be something hooked into all those houses' sump pumps. That would account for the warmer and clearer water.
