I have purchased a Get7 top model cycle. 250 watt motor, 48 volt 16 ah battery. Company demands 70 km milage of this cycle and with paddle assit it will be 10 km more but in my experience all are fake. I am getting maximum 43 km with paddle assist and service also very very bad. From the second day of purchase I am facing battery display problem and milage problem. I told to dealer every thing and shown then more than 5 times then they took my cycle on 4th August, 2023 but still now nothing solved till today (24/8/2023). I called to essel energy's customer care and informed them everything. Then they told me contact with the dealer and problem will be solve soon. But from yesterday they didn't received my calls and dealers call too. I think this company only only knows money but they don't know how to satisfy a customer. I am 100% disappointed about their behaviour. I told them if you can't give proper service within 30 days then I don't want this kind of problematic product and refund my hard earned money. I think I have to take legal action against essel energy's against theirs fraud activities.

Maine a cycle wohi se liya 46.5 wala 16ah battery ke sath. High speed 33 hai jab full charge hota hai. Puncher Jada hota hai piche wala tier pe. Jab puncher hota hai tab Nani yead aa jati hai. 50 kg ka cycle puncher honeke bad khicke cycle dukan le jate jate tube bahar aa jata hai...or kharab ho jata hai. Tube chenge karne keliye cycle dukandar hat khara kar deta hai. Bike ke dukan pe le jaoge to bolta hai cycle ki dukan le jao. Jaoge to kaha jaoge. Tab Auto mai dalke factory le jana parta hai. Tab sahi hota hai. Kitne bar karoge..... Parisan hoke piche wala ring cheng karke TVs ka havy duty ka ring tier tube lagaya. Tab jake sahi chalta hai. But speed 30 hota hai.

...उतना अच्छा रिस्पांस नहीं मिलता
यह गाड़ी ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लिए बहुत अच्छी है। इसे all in one कह सकते हैं। इसमें कोई कमी नहीं है।

लेकिन फोन पर बात करने je बाद भी इनको बात नही समझ आई
अब अन्य कम्पनी की साइकिल इनसे ज्यादा माइल K.M देने वाली बाजार में आ गई है

We purchased this Vivi 27.5” electric bike and a Tentaquil 26” electric bike for our 13 and 14 year olds. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxUiL0GnyDjP32RJdd660sP8mZk4CRLTCJ The Vivi was much easier to put together. With the Vivi, there was a video link to assist with assembly which made the process easier to follow (we did put the handlebars on upside down, but it was a quick and easy fix). With the Tentaquil, the assembly was not as simple to follow, but after we messaged the company for an assembly video, it was easier and they did respond quickly. The other major differences were that the Vivi has a grip throttle on the right handle (like a motorcycle) and the Tentaquil has a push throttle that you use your thumb to activate. The monitors were also different, so if you’re looking for something specific in terms of changing the bikes functions, pay attention to what the monitor offers. We were really impressed with the overall quality and functionality of both bikes, but if you’re looking for more power and an easier assembly, definitely go with the Vivi!
One thing if you are provide one set rear view mirror then it is tottaly complete feature.
