    In this video we will be talking about the principle of overload; which is an elementary aspect of strength and conditioning. The idea is basically that if progress is to happen you need to overload your body in ways outside the comfort zone or the ‘’normal baseline’’.
    Throughout your training as an athlete, it may be very tempting to stick to an idea for too long even if it stops giving you results. Avoid this fatal mistake by always implementing variation to your training and challenging your body in new movement planes and demands.
    As long as your sport has a metabolic demand, this principle will be applicable; whether your sport is of the nature strength, power or endurance.
