Turning wood into a DIY coat hook

We made a cute coat hook just to see if we could. I love getting to make my visions come to life. We're on a roll making functional furniture.

Thanks.I think you are starting like me .Nevertheless it is a nice project.
There are a few things I may do differently.
1 Eliminate the use of the top timbre.Retain just what is essential.
2 To avoid black hooks on black boards, use grey colour to on timbre for black hooks
Or better still paint timbre with yellow colour for black hooks.
I prefer yellow for timbre .if you visit Amsterdam you will fall in love with yellow.
