My brain is a bit slow, but I figured 3*9 would sort the 3% of 900 = 27, then I flipped it and did 27% of 2, so 54/100 = .54. The flip was probably totally useless, told you I was a bit slow 😅

I did this in my head as well, no paper. Did it in a far different way though, but I completed the problem in less than 10 seconds. :)
i just divide by 100 and multiply by 3 like this. (900/100) = 9. 9 x 3 = 27. 27/100 = 0.27. .27 x 2 = .54
