Hi there, thank you for your question! If your MacBook isn't turning on at all I would recommend taking it to a professional for further assistance as its most likely a hardware related issue.

Hi there, thank you for your question! If you tried all the steps mentioned in the video I would make sure it has nothing to do with the connection by trying it on a different computer or with a different cable. Then I would recommend trying to restart your mac and during the boot process hold down the command + D key.

Hi there, thank you for your question! The flashing "?" folder on your Mac means it can’t locate the startup disk or a valid OS. Start by powering off the Mac, then power it back on while holding the Option (⌥) key to access the Startup Manager; select your startup disk if it appears. If not, turn off the Mac again, hold Command (⌘) + R while turning it on to enter macOS Recovery Mode, and open Disk Utility to run First Aid on your internal drive. If Disk Utility detects the disk but the issue persists, try reinstalling macOS from Recovery Mode. However, if Disk Utility doesn’t detect the disk, there may be a hardware issue, and you should check the internal connections or consult an Apple Service Provider.
