Yes, I reckon it may be a 3mm needle but only a little bit of that length is used in this treatment, otherwise surely I would have been in considerable discomfort and yes, to your point, there would be pinprick bleeding.
but thats not really injected, if u watch in details, the entire product remains at the surface of the face, u get the same results with a dermaroller, its also not injected into the dermis
I have an appointment at my therapist for a Microdermabrasion/Mesotherapy. Just a little nervous as I will be travelling 4 days after. Does the temporary scaring fade away the next day or does it take longer to heal?
hi there shouldn't be any scarring - I found my face looked flushed immediately afterwards in reaction to all the injections but yes it was fine by the next day.
is there any difference between this pen and dermapen? from what i see the gel remains at the surface of the skin, so might as well just use a deep dermapen
Hi this is an injection gun that delivers fluid into the skin, the dermapen is microneedling, creating channels of damage in the skin, so it is a different treatment
They are very different actually.. With a dermapen your creating superficial punctures and pretty much just hoping the solution seeps into the holes as you keep puncturing because the solution is placed on the surface of your skin... whereas with mesotherapy the needle actually injects it straight into the skin deeper than microneedling goes and therefore ALL of the solution gets in the deeper layers of your skin. What you see on top of the skin isn't all the product, it's just a little bit flowing out from the puncture..
(or foolish...) but seriously, Kate, I know it looks mad, a lot of this stuff that I do, but I've been writing about this area for nearly 20 years and only go to good clinics with great practitioners and treatments that I am pretty sure are well worth trying. Yes, I would recommend this treatment, it was very comfortable and gives a terrific, plumping, conditioning and skin-boosting result. Not the sort of deep skin-conditioning 'biostimulation' that you'd get with Profhilo or (to a slightly lesser extent) with Juvederm's Volite or Restylane Skin Boosters, but if you haven't done anything like this, meso is a good place to start. Also, medicetics do a brilliant 'laser genesis' treatment which is just a tad more expensive than this, again does not hurt and gives brilliant results skin brightening results and which one day i will get round to doing a video about...
thanks that was really informative. I'm going tomorrow for my first treatment.. was a bit apprehensive but not now! love your eyebrows too.. are they microblade?
HI Tracy dont be apprehensive, it's a great treatment and really plumps up the skin. Thanks re eyebrows, yes they are microbladed, these were done by Sian Dellar about two years ago, great result, so a few months before this video. I've just had the microblading re-done with Karen Betts, who is v expensive but it is an even better result, I will post about that soon but have messed them up by tinting the brow hairs with something that has gone too dark so they look a bit mad just now... (first world beauty ed problems, eh?)
@@thetweakmentsguidehello can I ask a question,? I am a black man 30 years old, how long will the result last and can I do 4 sessions and not do again or do I have to keep doing this forever
Hi Kathy, I think it is not that widely available in the US because it is not a process that is approved by the FDA (though it IS legal in the US, because the ingredients used in the injections are approved). I'm told that US doctors use it more for cellulite than for facial skin rejuvenation but over here in the UK it is becoming increasingly popular for radiance-boosting and giving the complexion a glow and I have to say I loved it and found it very easy to tolerate (which always helps)!
Hi Phoenix, as I understand it, this mechanised gun has become very popular with doctors because it makes it easy for them and aestheticians to deliver the treatment to a very specific depth in the skin - and it's harder to achieve that exact sort of result with the old-style freehand injections. So you should get a reliable and better result with this than with freehand injections (also, in the second phase where the needle goes twice as fast, that bit just isn't something that can be done by hand).
Hi, I found my skin looked really plumped up for several days and the glow lasted the best part of the week. The clinic recommends you do a course of these treatments for maximum results
I got my meso done at LA Beauty Dolls in Chelsea, the results were amazing!
thank you for the video i get my treatment Friday im so nervous but excited.
I done this treatment at the nothing hill aesthetic amazing results but not with the gun just needles 💉
Thank you for posting I have just booked in for this locally to try and help my under eye lines. Your skin is glowing.. can't wait 😊
thanks Helen, hope you enjoy it - I wasn't expecting much but found I loved it - and the results.
3mm is deep and yet no blood - surprising. Great result

Hi Alice, how deep were the under eye injections?
Can you tell me what meso products were used on you? Thanks

Hi. Was done under eye area?
Have you used it your lower belly? Heard it’s used to get rid of stubborn fat.
Hi, no, this sort of mesotherapy makes no claims for reducing fat

Would you recommend this treatment?

I would love to try this in the U.S...hope I can find.

Hey! I'm very interested in training on this! Do you happen to offer training or can recommend where I buy the gun from?
Does this work as well as having it done with traditional injections which are more expensive? Thanks

Any side effects in long term !?
None that I have heard of. The needle punctures are very small, and the ingredients injected are beneficial to the skin
Alice Hart-Davis 😍 thank you 😊😘
Lactobacillus Ramnosus. Try it. :)
Alice You are a beautiful women! I really hope I age as Graceful as you!!! I just started doing my own meso therapy!
