Speaking of 1/6 Hot Toys vehicles, I currently own the Dark Knight Tumbler 2.0, the Bat-Pod 2.0 and I have the DeLorean 2.0 and the Batmobile 89 2.0 pre-ordered. That will look so cool in my collection. I just wish they would make Knight Rider's K.I.T.T. and the Blue Thunder helicopter.
I wonder if this was his if he would allow someone else to handle it like this? After being told the gas cap didn’t open he preceded to try 2 more times with his finger nail to try and see if it opened. I appreciate being able to see it all but it felt disrespectful the way the whole thing was done. That’s just my opinion but after it was over I felt bad for the owner.
I missed the first realese 'cuase I couldn't afford it, but this time is coming home even if they make a post-apocalyptic one, this is my memory of the movie when I saw it, so I PO'D mine and can't wait. Tha ks to the fellow collector for his time as well.
This is the next phase in the 6th scale collectibles world, the collector seeing other collectors collection, Gracias for the entertainment and knowledge
Years ago I got lucky getting a set of the 89' faces that came along with the Molded cowl and used one to Kitbash a Batman for the 1/6 Batwing (s) I'm working on,for him to sit perfectly on it. From 2ft away it looks like the HT and can't wait for next year for my Batmobile to arrive and it has a Batman waiting 😁🤙
What a nice collection, and very well presented too. Solid field work Danoby! I'll be more than happy with this Batmobile, it looks terrific. Even if there are any minor inaccuracies, it doesn't matter to me because it looks so good and is accurate enough. It's not the same (as some have conflated) as getting the eyes or other facial features wrong on a portrait, which in turns throws off the entire likeness of a figure, making it look like a cosplayer, there's no doubting this is the 89 Batmobile. It's enough to put steam in a man's strides!
The fact that they didn’t bother to add USB to the re-release of this vehicle tells me not to expect any other changes outside of paint and perhaps the lighting used.
For the price HT is charging for this batmobile the only thing i would assume they would change is updating the lightning system with a modern led system and a better paint job. Although mine (to me at least) does look like unpainted black plastic. It could just have a protective clearcoat. If the body is panted, its minimal.
Thanks to you, Danoby and Hatalorian, for giving us a look at the OG ‘89 Batmobile and comparing it what we can see of the new one. I’m all in on the new releases and have the collector version of Batman and the Batmobile already preordered. Also, not sure if you are aware but the Delorean is now waitlisted on Sideshow. My preorder has been in for a while so I’m good. Can’t wait to for all of us who ordered to finally have it in hand.
That dude was just rude. Amazing piece! I got one myself after I missed out on the first release. Jazz Inc’s version is crazy expensive. This is a perfect balance between cost and quality.
Great vid, can't wait to add the 89 Batmobile to the collection. Had the Kenner dark knight collection Batmoblile as a kid and this just brings back memories of that from my childhood. So Danoby and the Hatealorian are friends, I thought he was Danoby's nemesis lol
The new model definitely has LED lights and it has to the two contrasting bulbs as the head lights. This can be clearly seen in the promo trailer Hot Toys released. They also have Batman sitting comfortably in the seat. Not sure if they altered the inside a bit for that to be possible.
Ok I already picked out a awesome fish tank that will fit all of the bat stuff and the car ! It's less then a actually display! As well as a base to fit said tank on with a display bottom im working on . I'm ready for it .
Great field work on checking out the 2011 release and have your personal takes on the construction/indulging or a taste of it before The Flash reissue. Once again I do have 2011 version, but will be skipping the reissue from The Flash and also storage issue. Only thing missing with The Flash reissue is the "shield" (full molded PVC vehicle cover) which 2011 has, but I could be wrong and The Flash reissue may(?) get the shield too? For those that missed the original release, The Flash reissue is a great way to dip your toe for an update of the Burton Batmobile!
@@egyman2006 That would have been a nice feature if HT would have engineered this reissue with that display option. Unfortunately not even the Jazzinc version will include it.
Though the Batmobile is not for my collection, you can’t deny this was a impressive piece. So the next gen should really be cool. I would love to see a second video of The Hatalorian’s collection. Looks impressive. Thanks Danoby!
Really? I never owned one, but thought they look really cool. The buyer just needs to set up a really strong mounted shelf to put this Batmobile there.
Anyone who wasted money on moducase is getting ripped off plain and simple. The same materials cost a fraction to source locally if you want to make them. Their pricing proves they think collectors will pay anything.

He left is nasty finger prints all over that mans Batmobile !!!
Shout out to the collector that let Danoby film this for all of us. TY!! 🙏
Deloreannn is going into waitlist sooonnn😮
I don’t know about all that rude pawing that was being done to the guys collectible…

This batmoblie is not as fragile as one would think, but I get what you mean.
The Hatelorean with the final message to Brian was gold. Once a Hatelorean, always a hatelorean🤣🤣🤣. Thanks for the video guys.
The Jazzinc justice mobile propped up lmao

This video delivered on the shade throwing alone. Hot Toys needs to upgrade those '89 lights for sure.
That’s a nice collection, I’m pumped to add the Batmobile to my collection.

I had it and I believe that the gas cap is magnetic and you actually get a magnet to open a few of the features
Take a look at Jazzinc batmobile 89. This is probably the reason the one in the video is for sale .
Thank you Danoby2 for reviewing the batmobile

I’ll def be getting the bat computers! Likely upgrading to this batmobile as well!
One would need a separate bedroom, like a bat cave room to have all that into one setup. 😂
The frame of the afterburner exhaust does come off on the 1st version.
Looks impressive anyway. Not really worried about the gas cap. It's a little big for display in my room.
Great Video!! Batman 89 on Fire 🔥
Thanks for the informative data
Jazzinc is making one too
the best car
Beautiful 😍
You can hide you money in the back of the Batmobile very good😏😄

Was the "shield" always im the set or just in a deluxe box (if one deluxe was made) ?
One question shouldn't we get the shields if we buy the re release 🤔
No one uses it and it is a cheap piece if plastic that is prone to scratch easily.
Why would you have the plug to power it go through the gas cap? Why not have it connect underneath to hide the cable?
All about the theme, making it look like it's gassing up. 😉
@@Danoby2 I kinda figured that but wasn’t going to assume. Lol
I’m getting it. But for me I hope for a 💯 89 movie batmobile.
I have the 89 Hot Toys...the color of the wheels always have driven me nuts..it was black, not gray.
🔥 🔥 🔥 💪 💪 💪
Preorder the Jazzinc 1989 batmobile. It will be more accurate and detailed than the hot toys one
Plus it’ll have mechanical canopy.
To anyone I say get what you can afford and/or whatever makes you happy. The HT version is still a great display piece.
Can you pull the motor out ?
There is no motor to pull out. Also if you mean that front turbine engine as seen in Batman Returns, also no.
Yeah i meant the front turbine

89 batmobile had yellow headlight lenses
USB would be nice.
Greenish front lights ??? Big red flag.
Scam alert, this is the old statue.... not the new one.
Hate hate hate hate lol 😆
No need for the gas cap to open 🙄
Why are you putting your hands all over someone else’s collection? Talk about disrespectful. You don’t own it so don’t touch it. Unbelievable.
And still they made this movie inaccurate.
How can you make a movie inaccurate? LoL
