- ‘Extra’s’ Katie Krause caught up with ‘Ms. Marvel’ star Iman Vellani (aka Ms. Marvel) at D23 Expo 2022! She dished on what to expect from ‘The Marvels’ and how it plays into the rest of the MCU, and spoke about her training for the upcoming movie.
Ms marvel was for sure the best Disney plus show from Marvel. The show was wholesome, funny, well written, deep, it taught us lessons, and Iman was absolutely delightful on screen! Thank you Kevin for giving us this jewel!
I have a feeling we just barely scratched the surface of Ms. Marvel’s power.

I enjoyed the series and understood the ending 👑 Her friend told her she would mutant. I don't understand why people got upset on the series played out. I understood it very well. They needed to follow the whole dialog of the series. The Grandma was the baby girl crying in 1942 and the Granddaughter needed to go back to save her. She also needed to take care of family business to save her legacy. She was a great actress. Everyone played their part well. I enjoyed 🥰💯

It had ups and downs
I mean, I might be alone on this, but I feel it lacked casting. There was never an official villain character that Kamala fought in the finale beyond what were basically glorified CIA agents. While that might be a lot for a single character who's still in high school, it's a bit less than what we've seen. Which is all fine and dandy, but I would've preferred if perhaps Kamran or the ClanDestine were the final boss. Idk, it might just be me. However, I do like that Kamala is a Mutant. I was worried she'd fade into obscurity with the group her comics variant is tied to, the Inhumans. Though for all we know, they could be retconned as Mutants.
@@Qorvid20 They are setting up problems caused by superpowered beings and the way the government deals with it. She Hulk is exploring that right now also. It's going to blow up when the mutants come along, and the launch of the Sentinels program.
she is so charming i cant wait for someone to record her while she meets RDJ and yes he is no longer in the movies but at a press thing that he happens to be there that will be so awesome

The Ms Marvel series was delightful. I came for comic book fisticuffs and some awkward teen humor, but I also got a touching and deft story about the partition of India and the experience of immigrants in America…
