I've said it before and I'll say it again, she is the greatest casting decision Marvel has ever made. She embodies the character, and brings so much enthusiasm to the cinematic universe.
Sarah Halley-Finn just cannot miss
She is perfect for the role of Ms Marvel. For me the best casting decision was Patrick Stewart as Prof X. I thought he was born for that role.
I honestly know very little about her outside of her camera time. This interview surprised me with how incredibly intelligent, well-spoke, and yet down-to-earth at the same time. I always feel for those younger stars that have to do the press junket because the skills vary greatly from those they've cultivated for acting in front of a camera. I was a fan of Ms. Marvel. Now I'm a fan of Iman.

A large swath of MCU fans are only familiar with superheroes that had cartoons in the 90s. Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel, Photon: they're essentially unknown outside of comic book readers, and now they're in a major motion picture. People don't know if they're supposed to like it or not.
I loved The Marvels, and Iman Vellani is a big reason why! She's a Joy elemental.

Without a good and healthy self reflection and a trustworthy support system during it all, people like her get mentally fucked up. Manipulated, abused and pressured to run themselves ragged. Drugs and drinking problems. We all know the standard.
She's old enough she should be smarter about it all, but young enough to feel she's invincible and make bad calls trusting the wrong people.

She's so funny, both as herself and as Kamala. She was the light of the The Marvels movie and her series is amazing, kinda sad she came to the MCU so late. Can't wait for her and Hailee Steinfeld to act together in the coming movies, it's gonna be perfect and very hilarious.

The movie is good fun. All of the leading ladies and supporting cast are just vibing out and having a good time. Felt good to watch a Marvel movie and not worry about crazy high stakes or intense time reversing/traveling.

No matter what one thinks about the MCU right now, one can’t deny the passion of Iman towards her career. If you’re not getting giddy about the projects you’re involved in, then it’s lacking something.

The delay of Ms. Marvel Season 2 is upsetting because I loved the show, and Iman Vellani is such a breath of fresh air. I think her being such a fan has a lot to do with what she brings to the character. And, as much as I think Iman fits perfectly in the Marvel Universe, I'd like to see her spread her wings in other film/TV genres.

Most of the marvel shows were to set up the next phase, they were meant to be only one season. The only exception is Loki because he’s pretty much dead in the MCU. The “what if” show is the only one that is guaranteed to have multiple seasons.
Wish more people will see the movie. I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The lack of theater attendance is killing this branch of the MCU.

I really hope that this movie's lack of box office doesn't mean we won't see these characters again soon. The takeaway for me is that the writing needs to be a lot tighter on these movies, everything that didn't work is 100% a writing issue, in my opinion.

So if any of you have watched the One Piece live action show, it's insanely well-casted. Like, unreal how good it is. But Marvel hasn't been that good since RDJ until they cast Iman, because she's literally perfect. Love seeing her this confident!
