I watched your video before I purchased my remote start system from 12 volt solutions. It was really helpful and accurately shows the installation process. After watching your video I was convinced to buy the remote start system. Thank you for making the video. This is a true plug and play install meaning no wire splicing or cutting is needed. I have installed remote start systems in the past and it could be an all day endeavor. This system is fast and easy to install. There are 2 things that I am not really happy with on this system. The first one is that this remote start system allows you to start the vehicle with the hood up. All of the systems that I have done in the past don't allow that in case someone is working under the hood while someone is playing with the remote. The 2nd thing is that there is no switch to disable the remote start capability. Again the systems that I have done in the past had a toggle switch that you mount somewhere to allow you to disable remote start but still start normally using the key. This should be included especially since it allows you to start the vehicle with the hood open. Other than those 2 things, this system is great and easy to install.

Thank you so very much. I’m so glad you found value in the install and it really is a cool remote start.

I'm surprised that the company didn't offer any video instructions on how to install this kit. I'm thankful you guys created this video and did a great job of being clear and concise.

Thanks for the video you saved my bacon, we were installing this outside in a snowstorm and couldn’t get it to work. I came in very frustrated and watched your video and went out and within five minutes had it working thank you again. Steve

Hey thanks a lot, good video. I just installed this in my 2016 4runner and this video still applies as of 7/28/20. Although my box read TOYO-TL5-T1Y25. Paper directions in the box still said to use Y30 cable (there is no Y25 cable harness).
Thanks again, I really appreciate it

Interesting that on their website it says for push start only and obviously you have a keyed ignition in yours and it works fine!

I installed it in my 2008 Toyota Tacoma but I made a mess of the wiring and I want to disconnect the module to organize the wiring. Do you know if the module would be deprogrammed?
