    let me start by saying WOW, amazing job. I am from Egypt _ living in Russia right now_ and you are so good and I was astonished.
    as you may know we have a different accent in Egypt but your language was clear and very good, your accent is very good as well, any Arabic speaker would be able to understand you . I am very curious to know why you've chosen Lebanese accent to learn ?!
    you have given me the power to focus more on Russian language, as I always thought that Arabic is more difficult than Russian but you have proven that learning any language is possible in no time. keep going and if you have any question or if you need help I am here for you

      Thank you a lot for your comment! Спасибо :)
      1. Oh, interesting, where do you live in Russia?
      2. Yes, I've been to Egypt (Cairo, Alexandria and oasis Siwa) and I first studied Egyptian dialect (I really like how it sounds). My plan is to study it later this year.
      3. I've chosen Lebanese cause I really like the country, it's history and traditions, and people. But my interest is not limited to one country, of course. I just decided to start from one specific dialect, to focus on that. Later I would like to study Egyptian dialect (as I said) and Fusha to be able to read books.
      4. Good luck with your Russian studies! Consistency is key

      @LanaInAmerica no one can claim that what we speak in Egypt is true Arabic, we do speak indeed a unique mix of dialects and languages. But as you said the egyptian dialect is well understood within the Arabic world and of course within Egypt, and that's not true for the Levant dialect. Many words are not understood in Egypt and Sudan. However both dialects are worth learning and can be well understood. She is doing a great job and i hope she can keep learning more dialects.

    I'm Egyptian, and goddamn, that is absolutely amazing dedication. Your pronounciation and accent are not perfect and your vocabulary is probably a bit lacking but it is very clear to understand.
    As a native speaker, I realise that Arabic is extremely difficult, especially for people whose native tongues are languages like Englihs, French Russian, etc. since Arabic has a lot of sounds and letters that don't exist in those languages so major respect for disembarking in this learning journey.
    And in such a short amount of time to become this proficient is nothing short of awe inspiring. In a year you'll probably sound near identical to a native speaker if you carry on with the same rate of imrpovement.
    If I'm to give constructive feedback, then work on your pronounciation of 'ح' and 'ع', very rarely that I see non-native Arabic speakers pronounce those letters correct, but the few rare indviduals that do are the ones that sounds the most native.

    • @ministryoflanguages6127
      @ministryoflanguages6127  5 лет назад +2

      Thank you for your elaborated comment! Really appreciate the feedback. Yes, there is a long way to sound more natural and improve my accent. I'm putting a lot of energy in that now. Soon I will record another video, and let's see if my effort was successful haha
      Also plan to begin with Egyptian dialect this summer 😃

    • @okasha9478
      @okasha9478 5 лет назад +1

      @@ministryoflanguages6127 Would love to hear your Egyptian. But don't start a new dialect too soon. Even though Egyptian is relatively easy, you should take your time with the fundamentals. Also, try watching Arabic media when you can. Egypt dominates the Arabic movie industy, so shouldn't be too hard to find material for that.
      I always reccomend the Egyptian dubs of some disney movies like the Lion King, Monster's Inc and even the princess movies to people looking to improve Arabic through watching Arab media. Since you'd already be the familiat with the movies and the dialect is fairly simple since it's a kid's movie. Plus the dub quality is pretty good.

    WOW ! did you have any arabic base before studying Lebanese dialect? it's great really... russian usually have a strong accent, but you speak really well already. I'm sure you'll speak almost like a native soon.

      Thank youu! I visited Lebanon and Egypt and heard people talking a lot in Arabic. I guess it helped me when I started to study it. Still a lot of work needs to be down with my pronunciation
