Fix Windows 10 Missing CPU Cores and Threads Issue

go to ur bios and cpu configuration and cpu core or core level and change ot to auto

@@yorodger6398 i fixed something the servis do and it was hiden and locked now i unlocked thanks but it give me the help to find the corect place to fix it

Just untick the manual setting! Let Windows manage it! This is horrible advice!
