Firstly, why do people have to shovel castings off the floor when they are unloaded from the tumbler, the forklift bucket should be re designed to get every one right from the tumbler, why are they then dumped on the floor and why do people have to crouch on the floor to carry out the next process. Why are they then dumped into baskets on the floor, a rolling bench could be used to both tidy up the process and make it faster and easier. I'm not even going to finish watching as it's both a modern process and one where the workers health and safety isn't particularly taken into account.

What to do when robots can make this work ? Problem for now is make robot arm is cheap enough. Education this robot arm with A.I. is easier. First in virtual world then in real.
