yea that falsetto was cleverly placed in the track! just a great track, wow. i love all of the different elements they experiment with and that grungy/sludgy sound in the beginning was insane! vocals are crazy crazy good, i love how he bends and breaks between major and minor chords and adds a feeling of uncomfortableness. wow!
They are really techy! Love the machine-like patterns. Also, as a non-drumming person, i believe it is hard to drum in a cape :D The tempo changes are so great! :D
Most TesseracT songs are around 5 minutes. This is actually their longest song other than concealing fate, which is 27 minutes, and the three and only songs of their album Altered State (which are all separated into individual songs).
One of my favorite from them is Singularity off altered state, the one CD they had a different vocalist in. Nocturn is a good one off altered state too love survival off their Polaris album.
Would recommend all of Tesseract albums - but they are all very different :) would recommend Altered State (only album with a different vocalist), and Polaris (same vocalist). To answer your question - no, I can't think of another Tesseract song that is nearly this long.

Tesseract are Periphery are both great at combining clean and harsh vocals. This is a masterpiece
