@Thomas Grey So your argument is that they "are" mainstream because they sold millions of records? That's not an accurate metric imo. First, no one would be happier than me if true talent was better appreciated by today's music audience. But it mostly isn't. When you're talking about an audience that now numbers in the billions, 10 million albums over about 40 years doesn't make Joe a superstar. It isn't peanuts, and I do love him and Eric I just don't agree with the notion that album sales determine who's famous or more appreciated by the masses.

As long as its none of that show with the orchestra. People overhype that show. For the love of god is cool. But the orchestra doesn’t make it any better.

    Our lord and saviour Buckethead.
Interesting guy. Played with Guns N Roses, could play with Ozzy Osbourne, but wasnt willing give up his "bucket". Since 2011-2018 released 306 (30 minutes) Eps and 2 albums.
There is even RUclips interview with his therapist. He comes of as really sweet person, but very introverted and suffering from severe anxiety.

one day,(back in 2008), a new kid at school told me about Buckethead. So i tried to get into his catalogue but it was pure chaos......One day i was sick and had my computer on autoplay on his stuff....The moment this song came on, i became a Bucketbot for life!(It was this and the infamous "Buckethead" live video that did it for me). 5:07 and onwards was my soul medicine, especially 5:31...that melody......chills!

Buckethead wears the bucket on his head so that he can harness all of the power from the souls of deceased chickens. This gives him the ability to play such face-melting solos!

OMG finally you guys listening to Buckethead...FINALLY, DO MORE, he is literally a god on guitar, I would even say rivals the great Dimebag. Buckethead is a king of emotion in guitar play, much like how Dani Filth is with being a lyrical genius. I agree with others though, you have to see some of his live stuff, he is truly a specimen when it comes to not believing what a man can do on a guitar

EDIT: I'm usually the one in the comments saying "don't react to live versions of songs" but I feel like for Buckethead it's much better, first its just as good as the studio recording, and second you get to watch his playing technique.

Brilliant! The man is quite simply the best there's ever been, just my humble opinion. It's true that it was his Aunt Suzie that bought him his first guitar and I like to think that this track was named as it was because she could see from the start what was coming. I could go on for hours, I've never in my life been so moved by music as I am by that which Buckethead produces. Great video guys, thanks.
