It is not possible for do that permanently bro because when you open counter strike your commands are save but the aim is back to the default state so you can enter the commands everytime when you open the cs 1.6.

Why is the options tab so different now. You posted this a month ago and there is different settings for video and aim
I think there is no changes in Option Tab.
I don’t have joystick look or mouse look
You can try with yout laptop or PC i have no idea about console
