The monster is an awesome e-bike. This is exactly what i had for 2 years. It never failed on me. Was a ggreat purchase but i now own a Zone GTS as i wanted something different. i simply love emmo e-bike. Those machine are really good quality.

Which one do you like better? I'm trying to decide on what to get. It seems like you would be more likely to be pulled over on the Zone GTS where the monster seems like it would attract less attention. Also it seems like the monster would be easier for drivers to identify as an electric slower vehicle. How is the difference in quality and comfort? Does the battery on the Zone get you more range?
@@DOOR.DASH.TYRONE I prefer my Emmo Zone GTS over The Emmo monster for a few reason such as it's a different feeling. It feels like your riding a motorcycle. In the city i ride no more than 40km/h while if im on a farm road i go faster. I do get pulled over for verification to see if i have my pedals and chain more often that when i had my monster. My monster had a max speed of 50km/h with 20ah lead acid which i could make 35 to 45 km of distance. My zone gts which is on lead acid 45ah and the max speed is 75 when you dont modifie anything in the controller and will do 60-80 km distance and those distance is when the batt were new. Now i don't do this much anymore im at half of their life. I do about 30- 60 kmh of distance. So I suggest you go with lithium. The confort was better on the monster but im still very comfortable on the zone gts. Overall i still miss the monster but i prefer the zone gts for sure. I also bought a plate that says EBIKE. It looks like a real electric vehicle plate but says EBIKE and cops don't bother me for this at all. They like it as it shows its a electric bike in big letters.
@@XxFri3ndlyxX So they don't seem to care if your going say 40-50 km as long as your driving carefully, keeping to the side off the road, not speeding etc... Because the law is 32 km/h but that seems extremely slow.
@@DOOR.DASH.TYRONE In the city i never go over 40 km/h and i'm always on the side of the road and cops will not pull me over for the 40km/h and less. If i go over well it's a 600$ ticket. I have set my second gear to not go over the 40km/h.
I'm using the 84v Monster I got from you guys to deliver for uber eats and it's an absolute work horse. I can go 5 hours straight no problem.

How do u make it faster? Do u just disconnect that wire, or do u connect it to the otherone beside it? Looking in the control panel, I seen a few disconnected wires. I didn't mess with those...but I did disconnect the "do not disconnect" wire, and then I connected it to the one right beside it. It still works like normal, but I've yet to take it out for a spin. So I was wondering if I did it right.
Good video thank you very much. So I just got mine(84v) after a month and a half of waiting for it. I noticed when you hit the speed switch (H,M,L) the (numbers)speeds changed on the speedometer. Mine doesn't do that and stays 1, is there something I can do or should I contact emmo?
Love your videos keep up the good work. 3 days after I purchased my bike I found you on RUclips and really wish I found you earlier cause I woulda purchased off you in a heartbeat. 👍
there is a connector underneath the floor you unplug and it will not limit it anymore
@@johnnyvr5433 yea I figured it out yesterday but had to plug it into another harness in order for the speed switch to register on the speedometer. She goes now, feels nice.

Hello just wondering I have a daymak Eagle and speed one is 28 and speed 2 and 3 are the same speed at 32 km is that normal if get back to me that be great thanks

@@ridethewind I agree, I appreciate that , I'm looking for first ride , old guy retired, don't want to wrench every day , if I bought that , what I meant was I'd do mods to re engineer the problems away, they should have thought of, or want to sell up often ?, you said a mat I agree, I'd gasket that hatch, then a deeper snow mat to hold some extra water

It's right by the controller. Grey wire says do not remove
ok and we can do it for this model? to unlock the limit at 65KmH
The monster is stronger and faster then the parts can handle.. Pulls me and My girlfriend no problem. fun times

Hey, the Monster is a scooter style ebike. No license, no insurance
In Ontario. Motor can't be over 500 watts of exceed speeds of over 32it's and must have pedals that operate properly if you want to drive ebike legally on the streets. ✌

I just bought a Emmo Monster 84v thing is I have winter storage but it isn't heated can anyone tell me can I remove the battery and bring it indoors to charge over the winter months.
If you have lithium yes but lead acid is a re bit of work
