I love the idea of most of these, but the prices are outrageous. I don't see these things really gaining any popularity until they can make them more affordable.

I'm a huge fan of these vehicle, I really like the last one, the bio hybrid, I think even with what is on sale today electric bicycles, trikes, quads and scooters meets the needs of 90% of our journeys but almost nobody is solving the problem of what about when it rains people are still keeping their cars because of this.

I look at all these electric vehicles and think, " how can I stick a 180 twin cylinder Yamaha motorcycle engine in it".
Impressive but mostly pointless because what's needed are actual practical modes of transportation for day to day travel that are affordable and sustainable
Really? The first one there, the Coyote, has 140 mile range, more than enough to be practical, even if not used in an off road purpose. And if you do use it off road, from my experience, a really good day traversing to the top of mountain peaks and logging roads, you typically only do about 40 - 60 miles in a day. Plus so many of the small electric delivery vehicles in this video are exceedingly practical for that specific use. Not sure what you envision as practical.

Here in Canada, anything with 4 wheels is not considered a bicycle, and would extremely hard to register and license.
There will be a shaking out period, not all ideas will survive. Hundreds of car model ideas did not survive the automotive initial boom period.

4 wheels, electric and driven on the street.......ILLEGAL! Considered a vehicle in most states. License and registration needed.
Some of these would be perfect as a Snap on Snap off Drone attachments. OK, so 99 % of cars have 1 person in them.... My concept of the perfect flying car is a "snap on snap off" 1 person 3 wheel lite weight electric golf cart with separate top fitting snap one drone. When you get close to where you fly into you can un snap the cart and drive to where you want to go. You own the cart but the drone is rented. Keep the cost low and let the drone attachment recharge. You will not get the same drone back each time as they are charging up. Lots of city Drone Ports and one at your house. 99% of people could afford this....! Keep it simple...... use what we have.... Cart battery used as back up to drome! Total disrupter to old fashion cars, highways and energy industries..... save environment at same time...??? . save environment at same time...???

Do you want your kid, dog, elderly person etc. sharing a path with a several hundred kilogram vehicle moving at 40 kilometers per hour...? It's.not allowed with a combustion engine, it shouldnt be also with an electric motor.

Most of these aren't even American developed. Lol. Plus, there are advantages to both direct and non-direct drive. Just look at mid motor eMTBs vs hub motor. Speed and range can be increased with geared drives.
