Hi man worked great up until the part where you delete all the partitions, when i select the drive I want it in it says "we couldn't create a new partition or locate an existing one. For more information, see the setup log files."
Probably, it may be a technical issue. You should install the windows via pendrive if it is not working.

This is most easiest way to install windows. I watched few videos before it. I was not being able to install in the way they showed. But after watching this video, I finished very easily.

@@toast9414 Short answer is no, to install windows on computer you need to wipe the c drive. if you wanna upgrade from windows 10 to windows 11, you can do that without loosing data. I already have made a video on it.

I’m stuck on “Reboot and Select proper Boot device”. Windows 10 wasn’t activated so I wanted to activate it by downloading windows ISO and now my pc is just stuck. at first it kept me in a loop of the window setup and every-time I select the disk and finish it brings me back to windows setup no matter what so I tired to look for solutions and I ended up with a black screen that says Reboot and select proper boot device. If you have any solution pls reply
Now you will need a bootable drive to install windows, because you may have done something wrong while the process, or maybe the setup file is corrupted. Have you access to older windows which were installed? if so, do the steps again and make sure to download windows ISO Correctly. And if it does not work, for you. We are sorry for that 😔
i have the same issues i want to have a working OEM before activation but i need to use another pc to do it disconnect and do the bits force run via bios to c: and it still dont work this only works as a dual boot for one pc annoyingly

Simple go to disk manager and delete it
use aomei partion assistant if the one normal one didnt work for you(for me it didnt)

Does deleteing all partitions delete all the peraonal data,
Yeah it will delete all the data, and make sure to don't delete the partition where you have pasted the files

I did everything except creating a new partition because i wanted to download windows on the ssd. And it does not work
hm, your ssd may showing as external media. To install it on ssd there should be different method
I have a problem with this as I restart my comp. It doesn't show any option for choosing and my windows will start automatically

You should wait while adding the boot entry. don't close easy bcd suddenly. wait for 30 seconds. then restart. it will show am option to boot install.

should I backup all my files that has been kept on D drive before I install the windows? or what method should I use if I only want to upgrade the windows, not removing my files?
It will completely delete all the files and reinstall the windows . So keep all the important files and folder in a separate drive which u will not delete during installation.

I completely followed this process it doesn't work for me when i changed my boot directry to bootable partition its automatically switch to hdd and boot normally
You have to wait 20-30 sec before closing the EasyBCD. Then restart it will work fine.

You should wait for a moment while adding boot entry with wsa. After a few moments you should close the app and restart your computer.

In Linux there is a different processes. You may need an usb drive.
If you create an unattended/OEM installer, you can skip most of the dialogs!
EasyBCD not open, it just show the terms when it say " this is a not comercial version and bla bla " i click acept and nothing, not open, not error literaly nothing
You have to download commercial uses version

It's all ur choice, but if u r installing fresh Windows, u should delete it.

You have to wait a few second while adding boot entry by EasyBCD Before close it.

Easy bsd is not available for Linux. So this one trick actually wouldn't work. You can do one thing, Install linux first and then make windows bootable USB and then install windows from the usb.

I did the guide as you told me, I had to stop midway through the tutorial due to family issues. I left off when I copied windows 11 iso files into the new drive. But when I rebooted my PC back up it left it on the windows 11 setup page, my old PC that I did this tutorial on didn't support windows 11, I'm stuck on the windows 11 setup page, and can not leave, every time when I reset my PC it brings back to the page

When u reinstall windows by deleting all the participation except windows installation. Boot entry will automatically be deleted with old windows
