I think she either has very little cosmetology training or got advice from a student before attempting her highlights. Her sectioning is similar to what we did in our class this week practicing highlighting. She is also doing her highlights horizontally on top of a blunt cut which is supposed to be flattering for that hair style. Although, she did not really section accurately which I’m guessing would be why you can see where the highlights start on that strands. I love watching these videos to reinforce the information I am learning in my cosmetology program 😊

Both Aluminum and Aluminium are correct. It's just a difference between American (Aluminum) and British (Aluminium) English.

It's aluminium for proper English and aluminum for American but we all understand you no matter what!

No you pronounced it properly the first time. It's the Americans that pronounce it wrong as in the second one 😅😂

Aluminium is in most places except America, where for some reason they use aluminem. Regardless, you’re fine 😊 thanks for the great videos! 🎉

Aluminium is English. Aluminum is American English. But honestly say it how you want. Most of us don’t care. Love from UK 🇬🇧❤️

I most always want to leave my hair natural near my scalp. At least 6 out of 10 times I drop a blob off bleach on my roots n not realize it until it's too late. That's so annoying! I take the time to do all that back combing just to mess it up

Actually the 'aluminium' pronunciation is a British vs American difference. Both are considered correct, since you're not British or American, unless you were going for a specific accent.
