I tone my blonde with Arctic Fox. After i take *very fine sections (horizontal sections because of Brad Mondo) i mix up 10 and 20 vol with cream bleach. I also mix up some conditioner to use over the blonde i can't overlap. Each foil has a combination of the three because i like a natural look with lots of tones and depth. Once my foils process and I've washed them out with olaplex purple shampoo, i dry my hair (on low heat). That's when i mix up a tiny bit of Arctic Fox in Poseidon with white conditioner until its a nice baby blue. The olaplex does a great job of adding the purple to fill in the yellow, so i use clear or baby pink on those areas, and paint the pastel blue to fill in the orange. I leave it in about 45 min and it conditions my hair instead of using developer and a toner. I am Danish, genetically, so my hair is thin in diameter. I have a ton of it, but it can't handle too much. Our hair is kinda like down. I think we were given it because He knew we'd live in cold places.
Quick blue, 30 Volume, coconut oil, T18, you don't need sections... Go for it. You always can fix it with purple shampoo, maybe you can try backingsoda👍
Die hard barbiie has come so far since that video. It was like 2 years ago maybe longer. She does an incredible job on her bleach jobs nowadays. She takes fine sections, she doesn’t do the coconut oil, she knows her stuff now.
I've watched this channel for years. I'm from the UK, and I'd never heard of or seen quick blue and wella T18 until this channel. 😂 Is it the easiest one to get in the USA or something? 😂 I never get bored of your reaction 😂
I bleached my hair with 30 volume and creme lightener like 6 times within a few days for 40 mins each to go from brown to blonde. It is a little damaged at the ends but almost no fall out and for the most part it's still pretty healthy! Its an ashy very light blonde and I didn't miss a single spot. I used foils when bleaching, did my roots after the lengths on their own application and then used t10 toner with 20 volume and got really good results. Also there were layers of diff dye on it before I started. But my hair handles bleach VERY well and I have been dying my own hair since 15, I turn 30 in a few months. BUT...not everyones hair can handle that! I know how my hair reacts to an array of products because again, I have almost 15 years experience doing it and have been every color beside green and yellow lol. I think a lot if people don't realize the amount of trial and error it takes to get good at doing your own hair at home. And everyones hair needs diff products at diff lengths of time for their personal hair. It is not a one size fits all! And bleaching will almost always compromise your hair to SOME extent. I want to go platinum however I was and am aware that it will take a bit of time. So I went ashy light blonde first and will go lighter over time. 😋 Edit: the bleach did not burn my head ANY of the times I have ever bleached it. Even after shampooing it before bleaching. Maybe I am just lucky in that aspect? Either way, I love that it NEVER hurts.
The pretty Asian girl should’ve use foils. Also, she should’ve put it into four sections and started in the back..She also kept the bleach about a centimeter from her roots. then after she was done, then she could’ve gone back and put it the roots. Take steps to do this.. I do hair also.
I’m curious what products you’d recommend if a person were to do at home bleaching. Like, where do you find a good developer that’s 3 like you said you use. What bleach products do you recommend as well as coloring?
My first time watching your video. You crack me up I love it!!! I’m to scared to do my own hair. I have dark brown/black with some grey. I wanted to ask I really wanted grey highlights so I could transition into the gray with my dark hair, but my hairdresser won’t do it so I just listen to her. Why won’t she do it? Only a few highlights where my grey is bad.
They should start selling hair bleach fail starter kits: contains Quick Blue, Wella T18, coconut oil, purple shampoo and no help from friends 😂
And a referral slip for the nearest salon 😂
And for bonus discount you have to start at 11pm, when you have an important function/event/interview the next day. 😂
But only half the bleach and a coupon for the refill at the closest store near you ☝️😌😂
And 40 v
And don't forget the baking soda 😅
I don’t think people realize how much more expensive a colour correction is then just getting highlights or a full colour at the salon from the get go 😅

Ooo and paying for a correction to get something you didn't even want so you pay twice and don't have the results 🙃
In my town in you would pay $300 minimum!
Eventually they do. 😂
Buzz cut is free. 🙂
