വെറും 5 വർഷത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഒരു 100 sqft ഷോപ്പിൽ നിന്ന് 5 ജില്ലകളിലായി 18 outlets. കൊച്ചിക്കാർക്കു ബംഗാളി സ്വീറ്സ് പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തിയ Bikash Babu Sweets And Chaats ന്റെ central kitchen ൽ കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം പോകുവാൻ പറ്റി. ദീപാവലി ഓർഡറുകളുടെ തിരക്കിന്റെയിടയിലും Amit Sarkar ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഒരു kitchen visit നടത്തി
Few days back, we visited the central kitchen of @bikashbabusweets where thousands of kilos of sweets & desserts are made on a daily basis. 'Keep innovating even if you are the best in the business' says @amitsarkar3, The Founder & Director of @bikashbabusweets.
No wonder why within a short span of 5 years, from a 100 sqft shop they opened 8 outlets across Kerala with presense in leading cities like Kochi, Thrissur, Trivandrum, Kottayam and Calicut.
