Yes you can 3D print it and cast in metal

hold the ctrl+shift then click on surface or edge with gumball on.

Hi, why most of the designer don't model the grooves of the stone? It will be easier to set the stone or i'm missing out something?
it may, but it also weaken the prong for casting.
