Sadly he got disqualified for standing up for himself. His boundaries were not respected, and all he did was push the woman's phone down without touching nor wounding her. At the end Eurovision just tried to find a good excuse in getting rid of the Netherlands in the finals.
He got violent and suffered consequences. Maybe they went to far with disqualification but still he swung towards a camera lady. Gotta be some kinda consequences.
@@Yasuee no, all the report (made by the police, the Dutch broadcaster and the EBU) said was that he did a "threatening movement", literally doesn't mention anything else. The lady went against his wishes and broke the EBU rule by filming him without his consent, during an intimate moment
His song makes you laugh, dance and cry in just 3 minutes. What an hommage to being European and Dutch, to Dutch music and to his parents. Joost has the status of an absolute legend with us in Belgium.
In one Dutch late night show, Joost Klein explained the burning of the house symbolizes leaving the pain behind of losing his parents. The memory must and will remain, but the pain cannot carry on forever (it's an impossible burden). So he used this song to put an end the processing of enduring pain. Fantastic symbolics in here, great artist. And very interesting to see how this 'Dutch phenomenon' also works for people outside the Netherlands. DaneBramage really catches the point before looking at the intentions on the Eurovision website. Nice analysis!
And he tries to use that to win points in the dumbest show on Earth. As if he is special in losing parents or loved ones. A total attention seeking self obsessed moron.
Ok, I kind of gathered that but did not want to assume. Seems was not to far off as far as him carrying a legacy and making his own way. Thank you so much for providing that. Love this guy.
Nah, he said Netherlands, instead of the Netherlands. I admit, it's better than Holland, but there is room for improvement. Especially someone from the USA should know better.
@@Miner_20 Oh do we say that? I didn’t know. But Nederland in English is “the Netherlands” and not Netherlands. Toch bedankt voor je uitleg. Wat jij over de Nederlanden zegt klopt en daarom zeggen we in het Nederlands ook gewoon ‘Nederland’. Maar in het Engels zeg je The Netherlands.

He also references (at the eating table) the Belgian singer Stromae with his song "Papaoute" which is French for "Papa (dad), where are you?" So many layers that point to his father.
This is is not only music, this is art. So many double messages. It makes me happy, gives me energy and makes me sad as wel. How is that posible. Respect
and it's great. much love from Belgium. 12 punten/douze points. Also kudos to Dane who grasps the song perfectly. disclaimer: all the references are great but the rhyming thing about Stromae's Papouatai/doet ie goed ej is GENIUS.
3 facts: 1. Joost told in an interview that his father passed away when he was just 12 years old. And one year later his mother passed away aswell. 2. He promised his father to perform on the Eurovision Songcontest when he was a kid. 3. The title 'Europapa' had a deeper meaning aswell. Europa means 'Europe' and Papa means 'dad/father'. So it actually are two words malded together: Europa and Papa. Joost ofcourse has personally already won because of his promise to his father to perform at the Eurovision Songcontest. But I would love to see his emotions when he really wins it. ❤

Just one sentence in this song: 'I lost everything, except time. I'm traveling every day cause the world is mine'.... Meaning: I lost everything what's important to me (his parents) the only thing that remains is the time he needs to fill up. He's running, searching, trying to find something. Every day over and over and again in a world where he feels lonely. All sung and performed in a 'happy hardcore' style. As a contrast, as a mask.
im seeing a lot of covers/ripoffs' but im waiting for an singer song writer version. then the lyrics can come over different. like Coldplay witch did Fight for your righti of the beasty boys
''i lost everything, except time'' is probably a reference to the fact that Europe is almost completely within the same time zone. In the same way that he mentioned the other benefits of the europe like it being virtually borderless.
Can you beleive they send him away before the finals because some woman with a camera filmed him backstage, after there was an agreement not to film him? He asked her twice to stop, she didnt and he pushed the phone away (without touching her!), the phone fell and because of this he was disqualified!! Outreagous!! All of his fans around the world are furious because he could have won! It was his biggest wish to perform at the eurovision and make his parents proud. Even though they are gone. So extremely sad... Love your comments on the clip 💙
You instantly get this guy dude! Not only his vibe and style, but his story as well! It's not often that i see Dutch artists getting dissected this accurately, you've got a great sharp mind.
Joost klein is disqualified yesterday for the Europian Songcontest!! It's so sad. We need the american poeple to support him on sociale media😢😢greetings from Belgium Sandra Brouns xx
USian here, we saw what EBU did to Joost and were heartbroken for him. They stole from him a beautiful moment. So upset about the abuse he and other delegations suffered. I used to love streaming ESC but 2024 was an absolute shambles. EBU even tainted Nemo's win. Joost is getting airplay in several states! US social media lifting him up too. 💖
Joost had already a number one hit in Germany last year. He made a rap- techno- cover song „Friesenjung“ with the German rapper Ski Aggu. It‘s a cover of „Englishman in NY“ that was already covered by the German comedian Otto in the 80‘s. The video is absolutely crazy, too. The end of „Europapa“ ist the typical Dutch techno style „Gabber“ that is also popular in Germany. Because of that I think he gets 12 points from us (Germans). I love the song because of the mix between happy rave style (I like very much) and its deep content (lost his parents, the European unity).
I've become addicted to watching all the video reactions to this song: the smiling, happy faces and people close to tears when finding out about the touching story behind the song. Your reaction is one of the best so far, dank je wel!! 😄
The fact that you recognised a lot of the deeper meanings behind the fun before your analysis says ALL about Joost' artisthood. He has thought it through so well!! He is a genius. As someone who disliked this genre back in the nineties, I have such respect for his entry and I absolutely love it!! Joost should win ESC but he has already won in my opinion. In these days where the youth is being tought life should always be Instagram perfect, he is a pure and refreshing inspiration for them. We need more Joosts in the world!!
Yeah this was brilliant and I love this song and this guy! Sad story but his delivery is amazing. Much respect! We need more Joost, you are right! Cheers.
I totally agree with you. I hated hardcore when I was a teenager, but Joost gave it new meaning. Now it brings back memories of al those teens in Ausie tracksuits jumping around on the dancefloor
Hahaha, I never hated house, back when I was 13-14, I listened to both black metal and hardcore house! I just wanted the heaviest of them all. I didn’t care about genres. So things like Atari Teenage Riot and The Prodigy were completely my thing. It was to me like a combination of both manual and digital…
Hi , Joost used to watch Eurovision with his parents, and he told his dad one day I’ll will be on that stage, unfortunately he lost his dad when he was 12 due cancer and a year later his mom so he mention them in the end an also reffering his pain , traveling in lots off European country’s , the end he wants to tell his dad , you see dad you told me I can.Accomplish everything I want, now I move on with my life , the music is happy hardcore , it’s so Dutch , you can see DJ Paul Elstak in the car in the clip , so listen again and feel his message please .
That is awesome, and he amde it!! Made it to the grand stage and I think he will be on top of the finals! You know his parents are watching from above. Trust me, I am watching and listening over and over again, especially since I am learning so much more.
This song is so much more than a personal tribute to his father,. It containes an important (polarisation) message to the world......One world, one people..... long way to go. Hope you win Joost Klein, even for trying, love your song, speciaal....Welkom in Europa jonghu...............En dan barst de bom los...dus ......
Great reaction. I usually don’t like this kind of music, but I saw him live at a festival in January and he has an incredible stage presence. Besides being goofy he’s also very smart. He is in control of everything he does and knows very well how to market himself while staying authentic. I’m sure he’s going to surprise everybody with the staging at Eurovision. It’s been his longtime dream to perform at that stage so he will make sure it’s going to be impactful. I even have the feeling he will win! Btw he did post a live performance video yesterday.
thank you so much. I think that's why I liked this so much, because of how unique and fun and all the detail. When you know what you're seeing and hearing, it's hard not to love.

The hardcore bit is also known as "gabber". As Dutch as stroopwafels. Not only S10 was a former ESC contestant, but René Froger (left on the table) also, with De Toppers (we like to forget that😂)
Also a beautiful reference to Stromae ‘s Papaoutai (and Stromae’s music art in general), which is about Stromae losing his father in the Rwanda genocide… we are all human beings…
So glad to hear that you read behind the song. And you've got it. When he was young he always looked at EuroVision with his parents. He told his dad then, that he will be on that stage one day. Pretty sharp analysis for a first hearing ! The thing with his dad is that both his father and mother died within a year when he was 12. He was left orphan with his then 26 yr old brother ( who is his manager btw). This both scarred and fuelled him. His motto is Joost Klein, Droom Groot (litt. Joost "little', dream big' ). Halfway is the mentioning of belgian singer Stromae song 'Papaoutai' which is a song about an absent father ('papa ou etais ' 'papa where were you' . His father was killed in Rwanda genocide ..😔) . Stromae is da bomb. Every song of him is hearbreakingly good ! ruclips.net/video/oiKj0Z_Xnjc/видео.html&ab_channel=StromaeVEVO

This is really the 90th with happy hardcore, typical Dutch; my childhood and how special it is that Joost, who was born in 1997, brings this style back into our lives. What an artist and a performer.🙏 Truly the best of the Netherlands ever. This song is with happiness and sadness combined, that releases all kinds of different feelings in a human body.Terrific beat, terrific feelings, thank you Joost.🙏🙏🙏 This is what music is about. If this isn't going to win, than I don't know it anymore and we'd better abolish the entire Eurovision Song Contest. Love this, love Joost, with love and 12 points.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉😊😊

Pretty good pronunciations. Joost is a ghost who eats the most toast on the coast. The EDM is Eurobeat mixed with true old school Dutch happy hardcore. The later segment is old school Hardcore from around 1994/'95. The dancing to this is called Hakken (back then) and is now more known as Gabber. The song is a tribute to his father and mum who passed away at respectively 12 and 13. The song is about an orhan traveling the continent and beyond to escape from his grief and pain. Yet no matter where he goes the void follows him. The end is a message saying he found the strength of letting go. His fathers words that it is a world without "grenzen" which is a Dutch word that means both borders and boundries. A deep poetic song to happy hardcore beats and a goosebumps inducing conclusion where he delivers the whole context of the song. A brilliant lil masterpiece imo. One of the best Eurovision entries to date. Love from an old school Gabber from The Netherlands ❤🇳🇱

@DaneBramageROCKS You asked. Thank you for the interest. Most are for clicks you went for quality and content. Cudos for that. Dutch is a complicated language with words that have no equivalent translation. Gezellig is an example. It means warming cozy atmosphere. Welcoming, friendly and inviting. 😊 One thing many miss is Stomae and Papaoutai. This is French and literally translates to "dad where are you". The building with windmill is a mashup of build types. Probably a visual representation of childhood memories mixed with the emotional burden. Loved your review. Figured I'd give you some first hand info and an "in my perspective" Keep up the great work. Wauw, have seen about more then 50 reactions from this song from Joost but this is the best one! I even didnt knew everything yet, because havent seen the website from the Eurovision yet. So thank you!
The references in this song is about grief and running away (via the traveling between countries that is shown) from the pain and struggles of passings of his parents (at age 12 and age 13).
Very nice review of Europapa! I’m in love with the great song and I’m 56 years old, apparently I’m too old to like Happy hardcore. The song really sticks in my head, also the reference to Papaoutai (Dad, where are you?) by Stromae is great! I hope he will finish in the top five at least. 1️⃣2️⃣ Points from me 👏👏🏽👏🏾🏆🇪🇺🎉🥳
Dutch opinion: I love how you mention his expressions, because I was skeptical before watching it the first time. Although he’s big already in several countries, I didn’t know him before. But oh my, his facial expressions are so much fun to watch. On top of that, it’s similar to music from from my teens, so another reason to love it. On top of his background. I really hope they can put together a performance that reflects the energy of his clip.
Thank you for taking this emotional rollercoaster thank you for your review. Recap you can travel freely in a Europe w/o borders but the pain of the loss of loved ones travels with you. Follow your dreams and make the ones you love proud. Carry the memories with you but also their lessons. Joost is no joke he is a survivor right through the pain to party on the eurovision stage. Joost lost both his parents at a young age that last message "for my parents" punches you in the gut after that wild hardstyle EDM that is typically dutch.
Thank you for the comment and support! I agree, Joost is no joke, and I am a fan. Great song, great message, wonderful person.....I support him dearly.
The best reaction! Thank You! 12 points to The Netherlands. The winner of the Eurovision Songcontest 2024. Nostalgia from the 90's. 9 millions views in 8 days, no1 trending on RUclips, loved from Asia to South America. No1 on Spotify in many countries. A hit on TikTok. Joost said that he will bring a huge surprise on stage in the finals that will shock the world. This is a masterpiece. Euro papa= Euro dad, because papa is dad in Dutch. A sad song with lyrics with a meaning, with a message, in a happy hardcore melody. A letter to his father who died when he was a 12 year old child. His mother past away a year later. He promised his father that he will be someday on the Eurovision Songcontest stage. His father told him that it is possible because there are no borders between the countries, and no limits to follow his dream. Borders and limitations are made by human. In every country he went, he felt the pain and grief of no having his parents. The fire symbolise letting go of the grief and pain, and the start of a new chapter in his live.
Wow, and Thank You!! This song is getting around for sure! Something to be proud of and I am so excited to see how the live show goes! Thank you so much for watching and commenting! Cheers.

Love your reaction, and yes I am Dutch and so proud of Joost. Here is a little explanation. 16 days ago I first got to know about Joost with the premiere of his EVSC entry. and now I'm hooked. I'm no spring chicken at 58 years old, but wow Joost is so impressive. If you do not understand Dutch then you are stuck out of luck, his story is so impressive and his art is masterful. Joost lost his dad to cancer when he was a teenager +/- 13 years old, and his mother died from a heart attack a year later. ""Those who laugh the brightest most always have the heaviest loads they carry around, wherever ever they travel that backpack of experiences is always there, they can't escape from that, be as free a spirit as you can be, respect your elders, don't waste your time, and an ode to his dad credo""borders are stupid"", and Ubuntu(*)"" This song is filled with hidden gems, f.e. DJ Paul Elstack,(in the car at the Gabber section), The last supper scene (see who are at the table) and so much more. This sums up Europapa (papa is Dutch for Daddy) for me, it is true Art and a masterpiece by Joost (Joast) Klein (kline). (*) Ubuntu (Xhosa(a South African tribe language) for "we are all as one"") is the most prolific, important, eye-opening, life-changing word I have learned in my 58 years of being an earthling. Ubuntu to you, fellow earthling :) Btw Klein means small in Dutch. Joost Klein, dream big
As happy as this song sounds, it's a sad song. Actually, he describes his life in a few minutes; In the first verse, he talks about losing everything. An important part is the death of his parents when he was 12/13 years old. In the second verse, he talks about how alone and lonely he is. He also says that he needed help because of depression and being homeless and apparently insufficiently helped I don't understand the reference to stromai (bad in french). The leonardi da vinci (The Last Supper) scene may refer to one of his songs in which he sings that he is god. If I remember correctly, his father once told him that he should keep writing poetry. The house with the mill is the place in which he grew up (with all the shit) and possibly burning it down, taking a new step into a new world without borders in which he can do whatever he wants
Thanks for this great video! I'm from the Netherlands but live in Texas and I love to hear American views on Dutch culture. Joost is indeed pronounced more like 'toast' so you'd say 'Joast' maybe.
I'm from Belgium, so we're supposed to act like, you know, competitors :) But this song is just so good and catchy. Also the message it brings and with his parents and all that, hidden behind a fun and happy song, is just amazing to me. You got my vote Joost :)

GREAT VIDEO! I am from NL & know joostklein from youtube (eenhoornjoost). I think it is great how you interpreted the song how it is suppost to do when you heard it. Eventhough you didnt know about the loss of his parents; his personal message + the 'we are NL, we are europe' is the idea of this song. Joost Klein really is an artist & I really appriciate your words. It makes me feel very proud to live in the Netherlands & be a part of the EU :) I really reaaaally hope we wil win eurovision!!! NL is such an small country, however we have a lot of cultural things that are unique, eventhough EU doesnt really have 'cultural-borders'. The thing with europe is that traveling is really easy & that food is available everywhere. In NL we have so many restaurants with international food. In some cities there are a lot of international students & we have a lot of dutchies with an other ethnicity. This song doesnt only represent europe, but also how europe is 'blended' in dutch culture. However; happy hardcore = dutch!! Also the guy who said 'Europa jonge' is from a movie; New Kids Turbo. Which is about the culture of south NL (Brabant. Which is also where I live :)) In the video clip are also more dutch artist/performers that all kinda 'iconic for some cultural subgroups'. The song really has multiple layers & I think reaaaallly is a masterpice

Why do you feel like you “should” you hate it? Omdat we noorderburen zijn of omdat je het niet zo op Europa hebt? Of hou je niet van deze muziek? Ik vroeg het me even af.
In the videoclip all the people he made this song with are part of the video. At the dinnertable S10 was 2 years ago our artist to the eurovision contest, Donny, helped writing this song. The men on the scooter is art director of the clip. The other one joins every performance. The men in the car is DJ Paul Elstak, he started this music sound in the '90s. The men on tv, is a character from a dutch movie. And much more.
This song has a deeper meaning. 'Papa' is translated 'dad' in dutch. Joost lost his dad to cancer when he was 12 and his mom a year later because of a cardiac arrest. When he was younger he watched the Eurovision with his parents and said “I’m gonna sing at Eurovision one day”. Joost sings that no matter where he goes or what he eats, he can not escape the pain of this loss. In the end he says goodbye to the pain of his loss by burning the photo, without losing the memory. This song is also an ode to Europe. His dad told him that it’s a world without borders, because borders are invented by humans. And that you can create your own world. The dance break is happy hardcore - a music style that was invented in the Netherlands, also called gabber music. Bringing a personal loss, the feeling of Europe and the dutch culture together; that is art. The lyrics have a lot of layers: Europe let’s come together! It’s now or never! I love you all! Welcome to Europe Stay here until I die Euro-pa-pa, Euro-pa-pa Welcome to Europe Stay here until I die Euro-pa-pa, Euro-pa-pa Visit my friends in France Or take a long walk to Vienna I want to leave the Netherlands But my passport is gone Fortunately don't need a visa To be with you So take the bus to Poland Or the train to Berlin I have no money for Paris So use my imagination Do you have a euro please Say "merci" and "please" I lost everything Except time So am travelling every day For the world is mine Welcome to Europe Stay here until I die Euro-pa-pa, Euro-pa-pa Welcome to Europe Stay here until I die Euro-pa-pa, Euro-pa-pa Euro-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa Euro-pa-pa-pa Euro-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa Eu-ro-pa! I'm from the Netherlands, and I have to admit I'm not necessarily a fan of gabber style, but I was quickly sold especially with the ending. A beautiful dedication to his father and mother. There is a deeper meaning in his words and I really appreciate it. The end always give me a tear. Thank you for the analysing, very good!
He sings about his youth, refers to the 90s, he lost his dad early, short after also his mom, he lived shortly on the street, this clip had wonderful details, it is a masterpiece ❤
What I really like is the incorporation of a very Dutch dance style 'Hakken' as you see near the end. It's so typically Dutch, I love that it's incorporated in the video.
Een wereld zonder grenzen is translated to a world without borders and while it is fitting and might mean that it also could mean a world without limit. I think in this context een wereld zonder grenzen means both a world without borders and a world without limits.

His song makes you laugh, dance and cry in just 3 minutes. What an hommage to being European and Dutch, to Dutch music and to his parents. Joost has the status of an absolute legend with us in Belgium.
He's here as well in the Netherlands.
People in The Netherlands and Belgium know...this is an asshole trying to get rich and famous.
Than you so much, there was so much going on and almost way to much to figure it all, but, its about the music and this one was fantastic! LOVE IT!
And he tries to use that to win points in the dumbest show on Earth. As if he is special in losing parents or loved ones. A total attention seeking self obsessed moron.
He lost his parents. First his dad at 12.
1 year later he lost his mom at age 13.
This song is about finding himself.
Ok, I kind of gathered that but did not want to assume. Seems was not to far off as far as him carrying a legacy and making his own way. Thank you so much for providing that. Love this guy.
@@DaneBramageROCKShis brother and sister were a lot older than he was, his brother was 14 years older than he was, so his brother took him in.

An American saying The Netherlands not Holland... Totally suprised (in a positive way!) 👍
Thank you! 🙏🏻

He also references (at the eating table) the Belgian singer Stromae with his song "Papaoute" which is French for "Papa (dad), where are you?" So many layers that point to his father.
In this song there is no reference to his mom idk why

. dus super goed gedaan en ik weet zeker dat we joost en dit nummer hierdoor over 20 jaar nog kennen.. zeg dat maar eens van al onze laatste inzendigen😂
3 facts:

This man immediately understands what the song is about, great. His name is small and his dreams are big!!😁
Thank you!
Edit: it's better to translate as Joost 'little' instead of small.
So sad they (EBU) took his dream and promises away from him 😭😭
Of course his dreams are big. He loves himself like a sociopath always does.
Just one sentence in this song:
'I lost everything, except time.
I don't think so@@heinzfpv4787. This is not just a song about Europe, it's a story of depression, feeling lost and a cry for help.
That is ridiculous and not a good excuse to kick him out. There were other rules broken by other performers but they did not kicked out. Not ok.
This is a great review. You understood the meaning of this song, it’s not only funny. A lot of Dutch culture, it’s a big artwork❤
Thank You!!

I just read about that. That is so sad and I still wonder what happened?!
@@ninglorithiel That is great to hear that he is getting airplay. The fans are supporting him through streaming so this is great.
I heard about that. His story is incredible. Love this song.
woah i didnt know friesenjung was a cover, ill have to listen to the other one. friesenjung is so good

Oh, heel herkenbaar. Ben verslaafd aan 't raken!❤ Wat een kanjer, Joost Klein.
Ever since he was a kid he had told his parents he would compete in Eurovision. He finally made it and we’re all very proud of him
The fact that you recognised a lot of the deeper meanings behind the fun before your analysis says ALL about Joost' artisthood.
He nailed it live ❤
Absolutely

Ubuntu to you, fellow earthling :)
Btw Klein means small in Dutch.

Actually, he describes his life in a few minutes;
In the first verse, he talks about losing everything.
Thank you!! Cheers
I'm from Belgium, so we're supposed to act like, you know, competitors :) But this song is just so good and catchy. Also the message it brings and with his parents and all that, hidden behind a fun and happy song, is just amazing to me. You got my vote Joost :)
love this song so very much its banger my country netherlands slaying the need to win
Papa is the dutch word for dad so thats an whisper
GREAT VIDEO! I am from NL & know joostklein from youtube (eenhoornjoost). I think it is great how you interpreted the song how it is suppost to do when you heard it. Eventhough you didnt know about the loss of his parents; his personal message + the 'we are NL, we are europe' is the idea of this song. Joost Klein really is an artist & I really appriciate your words. It makes me feel very proud to live in the Netherlands & be a part of the EU :)
I really reaaaally hope we wil win eurovision!!!
Thank you so much! I enjoyed this and was happy to understand, for the most part, what it was! I know the loss now, I learned a lot after recording but none the less, I love it all! Thanks for the comments and information! I am excited for the show.
I'm not into dance, techno or hardcore AT ALL, I really hate the stuff. But when I first heard this song it just grabbed me. I looked up more works from Joost and the guy is just a treasure, his songs have so many layers!
genuine great reaction big up
Thank you
I feel like I "should" hate it, but I absolutely LOVE this song! It's an earworm I don't mind having 😁. It reminds me of the songs by "party Piet Pablo" and the likes my kids used to listen too. PS I'm Belgian 🇧🇪
The lyrics have a lot of layers:
Europe let’s come together!
It’s now or never!
I love you all!
Welcome to Europe
Stay here until I die
Euro-pa-pa, Euro-pa-pa
Welcome to Europe
Stay here until I die
Euro-pa-pa, Euro-pa-pa
Visit my friends in France
Or take a long walk to Vienna
I want to leave the Netherlands
But my passport is gone
Fortunately don't need a visa
To be with you
So take the bus to Poland
Or the train to Berlin
I have no money for Paris
So use my imagination
Do you have a euro please
Say "merci" and "please"
I lost everything
Except time
So am travelling every day
For the world is mine
Welcome to Europe
Stay here until I die
Euro-pa-pa, Euro-pa-pa
Welcome to Europe
Stay here until I die
Euro-pa-pa, Euro-pa-pa
Euro-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa
Euro-pa-pa-pa
Euro-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa
Eu-ro-pa!
Ich bin in Deutschland
Aber Ich bin so allein
Io sono in Italia
but still I feel pain
Am running from myself
Calling for "help!" all day long
Yes I even give people money
But there is no one to help me
I don't need es-car-gots
Don't need fish 'n chips
Don't need paella, no
I don't even really know what that is
Turn on the radio
I hear Stromae with "Papaoutai"
Won't stop until they say
"Yes, yes, he does that very well ey!"
Welcome to Europe
Stay here until I die
Euro-pa-pa, Euro-pa-pa
Welcome to Europe
Stay here until I die
Euro-pa-pa, Euro-pa-pa
Euro-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa
Euro-pa-pa-pa
Euro-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa
Eu-ro-pa!
Euro-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa-pa….
Welcome in Europe boy!
At the end of the day
We are all human beings
My father once told me
It's a world without borders
I miss you every day
Is what I secretly whisper
You see dad
I listened to you
Is what I secretly whisper
You see dad
I listened to you
Thank you for sharing this!! The response has been wonderful from all the fans. The more I / we learn, the more I love this song. What a wonderful message and wonderful person! Thank You.
Thank you so much and I appreciate you watching this!! I love it and am in full support!
I'm here for the firts time and I loved your reaction. I will subscripe etc😊

THIS SONGS SO BEAUTIFUL. LOVE IT! LOVE IT! GONNA VOTE MY TATS OFF FOR IT!
He sings about his youth, refers to the 90s, he lost his dad early, short after also his mom, he lived shortly on the street, this clip had wonderful details, it is a masterpiece ❤
Can't wait for Thursday
I would love to see your reaction to Joost Klein's song Florida 2009 in live concert. Btw a 55y fan here. This boy is a pure artist
I have that one saved and should get to it soon!! Thank you and welcome.
🎶A fascinating glimpse into the Netherlands' Eurovision entry! Joost Klein brings a unique flair to the competition!
Proud to be Dutch! Joost lost his parents at the age of 12 and 13. Such a great guy! ❤️💙
