Heres a little story time about when I got high at school. maybe some of you have also been to school high and can relate, but my experience was NOT GOOD.
I got nicknamed “the high man” by my peers because I’d show up everyday stoned out of my mind. They call it HIGH school for a reason.

If you're from the UK you're familiar with GCSEs, these are the most important tests that we ever take. My friend decided it would be a good idea to go into one of these tests blazed out of this world. He gets into the exam hall and sits down. Almost immediately he falls off the chair. Later in the exam he didn't know the answer to a question so he literally wrote "what da dog doing" because it was a physics question about a dog and uts velocity. Its amirscle he didn't get caught because he looked like a zombie. Red eyes, runny nose, shaking, spacing out and unable to walk in a straight line. It was amazing watching him stumble about on his way into the hall.
I assume he didn't do very well.

I greened out in the bathroom my first time. My teacher was also in the bathroom without me knowing. I came out with eyes red af post hurl & he knew the deal. He just told me to not do it again & sent me home without getting me in trouble. To this day I still salute my woodworking teacher 🫡 💯

@@atunrandom7765 what I do is just choose something in life to do and do it. At the end of the day most people don't know what to do in their life and that's fine. Just choose something and stick to it, doesn't matter what, just something. If you aren't doing anything then your bound to be unhappy.

Man, for me it was the opposite: whenever I would come to classes high af, I always gave my best performances, especially on written tests and essays.

Acquisition and retention of knowledge should be hindered, which is a result that I can personally note; still, with creative tasks, weed enhances performances.
I am sure that, in part, this phenomenon boils down to personal tolerance: relatively small doses of THC are shown to boost confidence and creativity. Were someone not to be tolerant of the active principle, the effects are those pointed out in the video.
If your friend smokes to concentrate, and if they want better information retention, better stick to a progressive dosage: this may help them.

i got into a super advanced highschool by accident because i showed up to the final test baked and drunk and somehow got a 100% and now i have to actually go to that school
Psilocybin saved my life. I was addicted to heroin for 15 years and after Psilocybin treatment I will be 3 years clean in September. I have zero cravings. This is something that truly needs to be more broadly used in addiction treatment.
The Trips I've been having have really helped me a lot,I finally feel in control of my emotions and my future and things that used to be mundane to me now seem incredible and full of nuance on top of that I'm way less driven by my ego and I have alot more empathy as well

the first time i got high was with a really strong edible and we did the classic "i dont feel it yet, let me take more" i ended up stroking my bed for hours bc it felt so soft and just feeling like i was floating. my friend on the other hand felt like he was in hell and kept asking me if he was farting, the day after he told me he thought he shat himself and was asking me if he farted to make sure he didnt shit himself 💀

For some reason I was the first one to shoot my hand up to give my brainstorm idea about the movie. Answered much more elegantly than I usually would have and the teacher wrote down what I said and kept it on the white board for the rest of the year… straight W.

I remember going to my English class Junior year just about greened out, thankfully I didn't have to make any presentations, but the walls felt like they were moving and it felt like everyone was constantly looking at me. It took me 10 whole minutes to write my name on the assignment my teacher handed us. I finally caved and told a friend next to me who didn't know I was chill like that and he laughed about it for the rest of the class. Overall horrible but memorable experience

Ight, here’s a quick story about the infamous “Kung Fu Panda incident”…
It was my senior year and for the first English project, every student had to prepare a lecture about the last piece of advice they would give someone before they died (kinda dark Ik). It has to relate to you in some way, and could be funny, sad, serious or whatever.
I wasted the 2 weeks leading up to the due date doing nothing.. and then the night before the project was due I decided to smoke a fat blunt and began to compile the best “life advice I took from Kung Fu Panda”
I seriously thought this was a big brain move. That movie has so many valuable lessons if you really think about it. I went into the symbolism of the secret ingredient soup, how Po became the dragon warrior against all odds, how there “are no accidents” and how you must believe in yourself when everyone else may doubt you, just like how Po did.
.. Sadly though I forgot that our NOTES for the actual presentation would be collected. I just planned on doing most of the explaining myself based on my “loose” note taking, instead of reading from my notes word for word.
So the day of the presentation comes around, and before class I took a fat rip of my dab pen in the bathroom. I was so cheesed and everyone’s presentations turned out to be EXTREMELY serious. This one girl talked about how her life was affected by being an orphan, another girl talked about her mom surviving cancer, and another kid talked about battling suicidal thoughts and depression.
I ended up going LAST.. and right before I presented I took one more fat rip of my pen.. I handed the teacher my “notes” which turned out to just be random google images of Kung Fu Panda quotes scattered across one page.
I go up to the front of the room and that’s when it hit me, I have NO contacts or glasses, and can’t see ANYONE in front of me. For context the teachers sat in the far back of the classroom while we presented, so whatever facial expressions they could’ve been making were invisible to me.
I began and already from the first slide (the title card) the teachers became extremely disappointed. All the students in the room seemed confused yet amused, so I began my presentation.
Halfway through my “lecture” the teachers chimed in and tried to stop me by saying “I think you missed the point of this project” when I then responded with “be quiet it’s about to get good” .. •_• I had no clue the look on their faces read absolute rage.
I continued rambling about Po being a good role model and how I see myself in his footsteps, concluding with a quote from Master Oogway. I finished right before the bell and the teachers dismissed everyone.. except for me.
They made me sit down and LOCKED THE DOORS, my heart sunk at that moment. They then proceeded to CURSE ME OUT saying things like “ARE U FUCKING SERIOUS? That was the most disrespectful shit I’ve ever seen in my whole teaching career. There’s no way you want to be in this class (it was a select program with an internship involved so it’s not like I had any protection and could just “go to another English class”). The conversation ended with them telling me to never come back.
I left the room crying and all my friends waited outside shocked, not knowing what happened behind the closed doors.
Anyway I won’t drag it on anymore but my dad ended up going down to the school later that day and talked it out with the principal. He was on my side explaining how Kung Fu Panda IS ACTUALLY a really good life lesson disguised as a kids movie, and the principal AGREED. He then went down to the class and got me back in, shout-out to that principal.
The rest of the year was awkward to say the least considering this all happened in the first month of the school year.
They gave me a chance to redo the project and I did. Don’t get high and do a big assignment the night before it’s due. And make sure you wear contacts.

That techer seriously needs to loosen up a bit...It was a good project, a good presentation and she can't just expect everyone to be an orphan or some shit like that so they can talk about it...
Side note, having contact lenses is a great excuse for having red or glossy eyes, "yeah shit my contact lenses just aren't sitting right today my eyes are all itchy"

I have been high in school twice, and both of them were actually very good experiences.
One time I went to smoke with my friend during lunch. I was excited because I had music in the next lesson, so I went in that clssroom very open minded. Our classroom was splitted in five groups that formed their own bands. And I completely forgot that that day we had show lesson where every band played their songs to others. I sat in the front, and the live music sounded incredibly good. The sound of real instruments felt like it sinked inside my brain and I just sat there baked as fuck vibing to my classmates songs .Then became my bands turn, and I was playing drums. I encouraged myself that I can do this, and it turned out to be the best fucking drum solo I’ve ever played.
Another time I went high to school I had two lessons of art. My teacher was the cutest person ever, he was very kind and humble old man. He always let us to do our art projects in peace and let us to listen music, have breaks etc so I was sure that he wouldn’t notice that I’m high. I just sat in that art classroom and listened music while drawing on of my projects. The next day when I checked out my project, I realise that I used new drawing technique that I’ve never used before and it looked amazing.
I’m pretty creative person so those lessons were my favorite and I was comfortable being high there. I would never go to math or physics class high tho :D
Yeah dont do math class high if theres any important shit to do. BUT-If its just a chill study day or something? Man I did it a few times last year and it felt like I was having constant brain blasts. It was great. It didnt hurt or help my work, I ended up being pretty much the same but still. Fun memories.

Was tipsy at school, did a presentation in English. Made everyone laugh the entire time, forgot most of my slides though, but I was a stand-up comedian. I got 101% for best performance. The presentation was about a book. I used humor.

Back in High School me and my friends almost always smoked magical grass during 15 minute break. It was great no pressure no bad experience we were just chilling. Sometimes teachers knew that we are clearly baked but they just didnt care at all. They were even joking and taking with us sometimes. Life in eastern Europe dont sucks all the time.

I once went to school tripping on benadryl and spent an hour in my psych class watching a poster on the wall. Craziest thing I ever was high on at school, compared to the usual weed, alcohol, amphetamines, vicodin etc. I'm in my 20s now, and clean of most of those drugs...but not weed. I'll be a stoner for life.

My experience doing this in school is one of the reasons why I miss high school, my schedule was perfect on certain days to do so mainly because I already had many monickers because of my physique and when people found out I was high while working out in the school weight rooms they legitimately saw me as an inspiration, I had become somewhat the face of that school because of how I handled myself and if that wasn’t good enough my weight training teacher already knew what I do best but because I was one of his best students he became the Vince McMahon to my Shawn Michaels, definitely had some fond memories
I loved speech day, the amount of times I would just volunteer myself first and then make an ass out of myself so everybody else wasn’t afraid to give their speeches was Spider-Man levels of heroism.
As someone who went to school zooted my entire junior and senior years without missing a single day, all i gotta say is, it is 100% worth it (as long as you can still function and pass your classes!) I have enough high school stories to write 2 bibles

I've had many good experiences with being high at school and many bad ones. One time my friend was letting me hit his cart before class and he failed to tell me it was a fake cart. The rest of the day was not fun, and my lungs felt like they were genuinely on fire. Always check before you hit that shit.

I once forgot to write a poem in german class (way up the first lesson of the day) as homework and I (really baked) just wrote something down that sounded like the impressionistic stuff from authors of the early 20th century like Georg Trakl (who - I ironically found out later - was an endgame cocaine snorter) we were reading at this time. I managed to finish it before the lesson officially began and volunteered immediately to present. My german teacher was very surprised by my and artistic and deep "homework" 😂

Me and my friend smoked a joint directly in front of the school. Like across the street. Two teachers that knew us walked by us and the best thing is that we had class right after that! At the beginning of the class he made some passive agressive statements and everybody knew that he knew. I didn't get in trouble for it but another guy did a few weeks after. He was basically told not to smoke near the school anymore.

Once carts came into my school it was pretty much wraps everyone including the band kids were smoking and the teachers knew almost every kid was blazed but they didn’t care as long as you did your work and weren’t a nuisance looking back it’s actually pretty crazy how the teachers sort of just gave up and let everyone vibe

My boy took a tab of acid during lunch before our double lesson in computer studies, that was the best class ever because our teacher was an old hippie. My boy was just starring at a blank pc screen in amazement, the teacher came over and could clearly tell he was tripping, he looked at me and said just trip sit your friend and make sure he doesn’t do anything and I will forget I saw anything. MR O you were the fucking man, side note that same teacher installed halo, cs 1.6 and dota on the schools server and would only let the seniors know of where it was hidden so we could play in our free time. I also went to school high once in 10th grade. It was a long day til 3:30 pm and in the morning on my way there I was 10 minutes early. I found a nice spot to wait in and remembered the joint I had in my cigarette package. I thought “why not” and just smoked it cause there was no way I was getting through these lessons w my most hates teachers with the lack of sleep I had. It’s safe to say I regretted it pretty soon. All my classmates were saying “dude did you smoke pot? You smell like it” and my teacher somehow kept coming up to me asking me questions while I just wanted her to leave me the fuck alone. It felt though I was everyone’s target that day and the day felt so long. When the first period was over I thought I was done w school. Told my friends “finally I can go home” and he looked at me weird saying “dude it’s 9:30 am what are you talking about “ idk if I just didn’t listen to what he was saying but I straight on went home and fell right asleep. I had to deal w the consequences later though 💀
It got to the point where they started asking me if I was ok mentally because I was high everyday at school for a month straight

Naaa thing is, I went to school high multiple days a week. Ive been an experienced smoker for a few years so for me it wasnt that bad. I did have a few times where I was sitting in class hella baked and not knowing wtf was going on. But the teachers never really noticed. Also had a giggly high at school but teacher just thought I was having a good day. So well its possible to go to school while being high, but it really depends on how you handle it and how experienced you are

Had something similar happen to me Senior year. for the record, our High Schools all got nicknames in our district back in Texas, and the HS I happened to go to was called the "pharmacy" -- which, fun fact, it was right next to a Walgreens lol

so this is around mid terms, got a bunch of kids stressed tf out, especially me cause I was in two AP courses... and two friends of mine had been doing this like bi-weekly meet in the biology hall bathrooms to munch on legit home-baked cannabis brownies (the fucking tub they came in was labeled "Alien Shit")
It's been a pretty frustrating year so far y'know, I hadn't really had a period to just put on the brakes and chill, and I'll admit, these two guys were kinda like brothers to me during my 4 years of HS, so i wasn't too surprised when one of them texted me on advisory period to meet at, quote,

small problem though. I've had like 8 brownies out of a box of 20 or something, bell rings, and as I'm walking out with my brain still intact, a couple things hit me:
1. "Think these things take like an hour to hit"
2. "errgh fuck, classes are 90 minutes"

3. "... shit."
We'll say that after around 40 minutes, I started to look a bit fucked up in the back of my AP government course
yknow its worse still that lunch is in 5 minutes, so I actually have to _move_, and honestly I felt closer to puking green than anything else -- the good news is that I didn't feel any sort of anxiety, just the crushing realization that my teacher was about to route me to my AP -- which, she did
so with like every fiber of concentration in my body, I'm shuffling down the hall with my gov teacher trying not to keel over.

well the nice thing is that I had a chill AP, knew him as a counselor couple years before, so he was pretty privy to my home-life bullshit. What struck me as crazy was him alluding to his weedscapades as a teen, which lemme say, goes a long way in making you fear no adult EVER if you can imagine them high out of their brain at your age, maybe in some green sweaters or something
regardless he let me call my older sister at the time to pick me up and sign me out, just warning me to "find some alternatives to relieving your stress"

I took 3 massive rips at my friends house once and it hit me so hard man. After ten minutes I mean it just whooped me, I was new to smoking too. Apparently I dissociated for ten minutes staring at a plastic mushroom, watched some ramen cook, shat myself at a scary movie and took the best nap of my life. Another time I went to the store absolutely baked and forgot what I was there for. Same friend, we got coffee and hot wheels.

There was this one time in class where my friend gave me an edible that he made. I ate it thinking it was only 50 or 100mg. Next class I went to it started kicking in. After about 10 min my stomach started to hurt a bit. And it kept getting worse, 30 min go by and I’m in the back of the class slumped over trying to think, I text my friend to see how many mg were in the edible. That fucker gave me a 2000mg edible. I remember thinking to myself,” fuckkkk I’m gonna get caught”. Surprisingly I didn’t get caught so I was good. I started to walk home still high as fuck. I go to my bed and sleep for 3 hours. When I wake up I’m still high as fuck, still barley able to walk. My dad comes home from work and on his way home he texted me, son remember we have a funeral to go to later. That’s when I knew I was really screwed. I get up, get dressed and then my dad picks me up and we go to the funeral. The whole time I was STILL high. But lucky for me I still didn’t get caught. We get home late and I go to sleep. Wake up the next morning still a little high but able to function properly. That was the last time I took an edible from my friend ever again. (Also there were some parts I left out because I know this story is already long.)

Holy shit almost this exact same scenario happened to me, except I drove back to school with my friends in like 20 fps (NEVER again, I learned my lession). I had to do an experiment too but it was a solo one where we had to analyze a dirt sample we were supposed to bring in or whatever. Ofc I was high out of my gourd and didn't bring shit and had to ask someone else for some literal DIRT, which we were supposed to wet with just a TEENSY bit of water. Now if you've ever been in a high school science classroom you know those sinks go from 0 to goddamn niagra falls in 0.002 seconds, so what ended up happening was I put the dirt on a paper towel under the sink, proceeded to turn the sink on and bam. Dirt and water everywhere all over me. And I though it was the FUNNIEST shit ever so there I was laughing my ass off, soaked and covered in dirt, everyone looking at me like im weird as fuck. Definitely wont ever forget that

I had a great time when I went to school high in senior year. That year I didn't have any teachers who liked putting me on the spot and I already had a reputation for just sleeping through my classes. I nearly broke my cover when it became really difficult to not laugh at my ex gfs jokes during her presentation in first period, but after that, I had a great day of napping in every class
i spent all my 2nd year of college pretty much baked outta my head every day and still managed to get a good grade and only get noticed by teachers that smoked too.

I was high once in High School, and I'm gonna be honest it was by sheer "accident". during the whole Juul Vape scene back in 2019 before the pandemic rolled in. I went to go use the bathroom during the lunch change and my friend let me hit his dab pen; Now I've never smoked canny at this point... So "innocently" I took it like a vape pen. Needless to say I coughed up a lung in the Men's Restroom, and I asked what volt was that? and he said it was a low volt.. then I asked Nicotine? and then he dropped the ball that it were a dab pen. oh boy.. I'm thankful I had German Class next because oh my lord I'm like 97% sure my teacher knew I were high. luckily I made a pretty high grade in his class so when he saw that I misspelled schneemann (forgot the h.) he got my attention and tapped the board saying SCHNEEE! and then when he walked over and saw me chillin and saw my eyes, he said and I quote: "You look tired; Wanna put your head down?" and I said: "Yes, Please." and then I placed my head right down on the desk and fell asleep until the bell. fun times.
