We shud use table 2 and remove duplicates and also in method 1 we shud use table 2 to create DAX to get distinct values

just a correction.
we never remove duplicate values from Fact table (Table A). if you remove the duplicates from tableA your aggregated values will be wrong.
you should remove duplicate names from table B as it does not contain any values.
