I loved what you said about changing what it means to follow your dreams. I've been thinking about getting into doing comics for a while and immeadetely the preassure of making a career out of it started to make me loose focus on why I want to start making comics in the first place. I am also pursuing a career in graphic design and I'm very passionate about it so it makes it easier for me to say "hey, I'm gonna have a design dayjob and do comics in my off hours and finish books and whatever comes after that it's okay". Thinking that way has been so freeing and motivating. It's good to hear someone else validating those thoughts. It was very well put.
