If your brush has 4 different images of your leafs click on the pull down menu next to the little bag icon (change it from pattern align to source to paint brush)
Hi AstriaTV, thank you for the suggestion! Indeed there are more options and features regarding custom brushes. I might cover that topic in a separate video at some point. Thanks for watching!
Nice video, actually for people who can in painting this is lifehack. But remember if your read this newbee, firstly you must learn how to paint and only then try this manual)))). I can't paint, so this manual is not for me, but my girlfriend can paint, and she says "Jeez! That a lifehack!" and for next couple of minutes she draw the tree... and another tree... and one more tree... and now she paint only trees. But that a question: how to do this with top-down? She asks, not me)))
Hi Hell, really nice to hear that the video inspired your girlfriend to create some trees! For top-down trees, you can apply the same method, but you'd have to create your custom brush in a way that reflects the changed perspective correctly. Also a trunk needs to be drawn from a different angle, if you want a trunk to be visible (and depending on the art style). Maybe this could be a nice follow-up video at some point, so thanks for your question!
trees are ... were the hardest for me :) i almost klicked away when you said it was easy in the beginning of the video . but maaaan thank you :) the brush and shading are so cool :)
Hi Mikas, thank you so much! I'm glad you didn't click away during that intro! 😄 Nice ambient music on your channel, by the way! I will check out some more of it.
Hi Cotufa, so glad that you noticed! Indeed, I felt it was time to put some time and effort into taking the video quality up a bit. Also thanks for your feedback on the method! :)
@@PixelPrinciples Hehe yeah, the method is amazing, the thing is execute it correctly, otherwise the leaves would look repetitive, but you did it really well, I love both the bush and the tree ;)
Hi Telipinus, I started with Shotcut, which is not bad when you are just starting out, but it has its limitations and doesn't always run smoothly. I am currently switching to the free version of Davinci Resolve, which is recommended by many people and seems indeed great so far. I does have a steeper learning curve, though, so it depends on how much time you want to spend to learn the software. If you have the time and start from scratch, maybe start with Davinci Resolve directly.
@PixelPrinciples Thx for the fast and deep respond, is it somehow connected to the Cupcut cuz i was wanderring to edit with this program. I heard good opinions about Davinci Resolve and if you do your videos in it i can really see a difference. Im looking forward to see your project as you depvelop.

Hello, which program you recommend for editing video?

Thank you! I haven't tried Capcut, so I don't know if it is a good software to start with. Good luck with your videos!
Thanks :D
