Corey very good point #8. It is vitally important to embrace your height. I am 52 and 6'10" tall and 250 lbs. My mom was 6'2" tall and a Marine Corps Veteran. Embrace it have fun and enjoy your life. Don't hide in the corner embarrassed to be who God made you to be. Love your channel and enjoy your videos. Here in Arkansas brother. Not far away. Thanks again
Absolutely agree! I’ve seen so many people, and even myself sometimes, shy away from the public because it’s easier to stay home and not deal with people. I think confidence is especially tough in the teenage years when you’re tall, so I wish I could round up all the tall young folk up and tell them to embrace what so many envy. And thank you for your support!! I always enjoy hearing from viewers, especially when we share a state border!
Well said. Spot on about #8. This is not just for the tall ones either. I am 5'4" (on a really good day), and do not let my being short get me lost in a crowd. The attitude of gratefulness for your physical stature is awesome. Embrace it, take care of it. 🤗
Remember little one.... lol you are not short you are CONCENTRATED AWESOME. A coworker of my wife was under 5'. She had some health issues and passed away several years ago. But her attitude was so big that she said that she wasn't short she was CONCENTRATED AWESOME. Indelible mark in my memory I'll never forget that about Kelcey.
This is your best video yet. I am 56 years old and 6'7" and 375 lbs and i waited until i was 55 before i started researching ands learning about how our size affects our bodies and also how posture and foods affect our lives. Again i will say that this is your best that i have seen. Thank you

@@FreakyTallReviews I've thought about doing the same, especially around transportation - cars, trucks, motorcycles, bikes, etc Now I know where I'll watch for that stuff. Right here.
I highly encourage anyone who wants to create content around the Big & Tall community to do it! The more awareness we can spread, and work together as a community, the better it is!
Female watching your channel and I appreciate it. I'm a pretty tall girl, taller than most everyone in my life. 6'1" barefoot. You have all great pointers!!
Agree 100%! Travelling is extremely difficult for me so I learned long ago to research hotels etc for the best possible fit…they all still fall too short! Don’t get me started on my shoes and TSA security bins!!!
Great tips Cory! I'm also 6'10" and I totally agree on the Southwest point. I have been flying Delta for years because I don't need the stress of not knowing where I'm going to sit since there are only a handful of seats on any given plan where I fit semi-comfortably. Also, the built-in shotgun thing does not work if you have asshole friends; in college my buddies would make a point to get outside first and call shotgun just to see me squeeze in the backseat. 😅 Keep it up!
Even more than a BDR calculator, I would recommend a TDEE calculator. It will give you not only your daily calories but also your macros and calories for bulking or cutting.
All of your suggestions for future videos would be great. It is nice to hear from another perspective of height, even though I am not the same. 🤣 It would be interesting to know your experience with packing the suitcase. This is something I struggle with. I always take about 3 days more than what I need, just in case. ✈
I do the same! Packing cubes are a MUST because it takes larger clothing and compresses it. I also look for drop-bottom duffels so that I have a place for shoes. I have a few tips I'll work on that help tall people, but then would also really help anyone that uses tips.
I'd love to hear your travel tips. I sometimes feel like a "height imposter" when I hear you talk about being 6'10'', but even at "only" 6'4'', most of your content is still super relevant to me.
Happy to share more! I'll start working on a video about it! And you're not a heigh imposter at all! Now, if you were a guy who's 5'10" saying you're 6', that's a different story, lol.
Southwest allows you to get an extra seat for customers of size. You book 2 tickets and then after travel they refund you the extra ticket. Also, the extra ticket allows you to board earlier.
Office chairs are tough for sure. Kills me that mainstream chair companies still using the one size fits all model when they could probably easily make more options
Couldn't agree more! And the few that are actually considered "Big & Tall" are just bigger version of smaller chairs, not actually designed for larger proportions. I learned how important this is when I was test riding the DirtySixer. I have a bike meant for taller people, but it's not balanced correctly so I'm very top heavy. The DirtySixer was perfect because it was designed FOR taller people, and is much different than a normal bike. Office Chairs need this as well.
Another product to help us taller folks, seat rail extenders for cars. There are a few companies out there but you can get an extra inch or 2 of leg room depending on the vehicle.
Absolutely! I did a video recently on extendmycarseat.com that make products like this. They might actually be a scummy place to work with, but the other concern is how being further back means seatbelts and airbags won't work as effectively. They just need to make vehicles with larger interiors for us!
Hey Cory awesome channel. I would love to see a video from you about Top fuel efficient vehicles that are comfortable enough for B&T people. Thanks hope to see it soon
Oh I meant chapters as in timestamps so people can scroll through to different tips. You can just put the timestamps in the description for any video to make those pop up. @@FreakyTallReviews

Want to shout out for office chairs, they make taller/longer cylinders you can use to get another 3-4 inches of seat height
Oh nice that's a great callout! I knew about higher weight capacities, but height I never considered!
@@FreakyTallReviews Yessir I installed one on the same chair you use and at max height my feet don’t touch the floor even at 6’8”. Lmao
Cory, i have a short-term rental, and I wondered what is the best way to make a bed for tall people.
I have ordered socks from Tall Order for a few years now…just wish they came bigger than 16-20
I wonder if they would be able to manufacture special ones if you reached out?
I will reach out to the brothers

They do! I did a whole video on it a few months back. You can customize them for not additional cost at up to size 18!
