Even if the judge is dirty, why would the sheriff allegedly kill the prime suspect? One (1) would think that the sheriff's duty would be to at least preserve evidence for a trial; especially the main suspect.

After a few days of having all the town looking for the kid, rumors started to spread about this man that once dated the boy's mom (parents were divorced), so everyone started to say that he clearly looked like a creep and so it had to be him, both the mainstream media and people on social media... Only to find a few days later that the kid had been murd3red and his body concealed by his dad's (then) girlfriend, who was caught moving the body to a new location. Nobody said sorry to the guy later.

That's common. You can hold out to see if the prosecution will offer a deal. Most defense attorneys would advise you to plead not guilty unless the prosecution has already offered a good deal. A lot of people don't rely on honor when dealing with the courts, they choose what's best for themselves.
And she perfectly remember the judge's face and name, which leads me to believe she's had to answer for crime accusations before him in the past, making it possible that she would just be having some revenge on him with this allegations...

Does anyone think these activities are isolated to this one judge and the other participants. When you have a government entity that governs itself and there are no civilian watchdogs to make sure these people are on the up and up, nefarious things are going to happen. I've never been in a position like this thank god, but I knew one woman that had been in a court case who had got a pass in a case she had. I'm so glad these horrible men in all walks of life are being caught. And it's amazing how many others involved and not involved know all about it.😮😢

It's actually worse than what the reporter said at the end of this news piece. This is not just simply allegations of "If you want to get out on bail you need to do this, that and the other." I've heard interviews with victims saying that they were already out on bail and being told by these disgusting folks, "If you don't do this, that and the other I'm going to revoke your bail." It's hard to tell what that judge made he sheriff do..remember he use to be below the judge....imagine knowing what the judge does but keeps using ur family as leverage.....sad....this goes on all the time

I've never been in a position like this thank god, but I knew one woman that had been in a court case who had got a pass in a case she had. I'm so glad these horrible men in all walks of life are being caught. And it's amazing how many others involved and not involved know all about it.😮😢

Well, she said it as part of an investigation way back in 2022, and at least one deputy is already in jail for it, so it's certainly not nothing.

It's actually worse than what the reporter said at the end of this news piece. This is not just simply allegations of "If you want to get out on bail you need to do this, that and the other." I've heard interviews with victims saying that they were already out on bail and being told by these disgusting folks, "If you don't do this, that and the other I'm going to revoke your bail." I realize these are simply allegations at this point. However, if true, the is absolutely disgusting and evil.
