Drinking amla juice is beneficial for reducing hair fall. Each morning, I make sure to drink amla juice and eat a couple of almonds. In my hair care routine, I only use littllextraa cocooniion shampoo, hair oil, and hair conditioner . I refrain from using any other things on my hair.
