this song reminds me of my own home ,, my sibling has a music box that plays a song from a long long time ago , and we live close to the water in a small house - and while i can't really put it into words , i've always felt like my house was sort of magical in a way and this song makes me think about it
I sing this song to my foster kittens and it always calms them down. There's something about it!
This song made me cry, and even though I didn't know all the lyrics, I sang along. This song just makes me imagine these beautiful places. Recently my life has been pretty sad and stressful, but this song let's me escape, and just Imagine these dreams as though I live in them. When songs make me feel like this, I like writing stories about them so here we go! :
I skipped to the little cottage in the forest. It was the beautiful time when the sky was all the colors at once. Cotton candy pink, baby blue, a shade of sugary lemon, and orange like her hair. I love this time, because that's when it's almost time for the fairies. Sweet fireflies danced around the misty summer air, and I ran to the cottage to make sure I got there on time. Just as I got to it, the sun started to fall under the horizon of the lake. The Fairies forms started to fade into the circle of the tall oak trees around the cottage. I ran inside to grab the music box, and wound it up to hear the nostalgic tune, as the fairies waltzed around. My heart skipped as I ran around, following them. My heart was pumping with joy, and my feet felt like they were floating. So much joy, mixed with nostalgia. The tune sounded Melancholic, but it filled me with joy. I came here every night in summer, just to take part in this, and I am glad I do. If you decide you want to follow me, past the forth turn, and by the barn, You can take part in this joy, too.
