Download them as lotty animation then install proto.io and then use proto plugin to use these animations and to install plugin watch his earlier video

You cant! ADOBE XD doesn't support JSON files, nor does FIGMA, but you can convert JSON into a GIF file and use it in FIGMA, as FIGMA supports GIFs (XD does not support gifs also).
