CALL ENDED problem FIX 100% working

Hello Guys, this is fix for call ending problems when we try to call when in roaming. It works in Airtel but might work as well for other operators. Here's the fix :-
Always keep "SHOW MY CALLER ID" to ON or DEFAULT.
