Import taxes for non-ASEAN vehicles is painful. For that price, I could get a Fortuner GR-S for my wife & Ranger Raptor for me. Or instead maybe 5 Toyota Raizes for my family ? Or if Im especially greedy, a RAM Rebel just for me 😊 In the end, having a Wrangler in the Philippines is a very unique experience that will be worth it for many monied people.
The Facelifted Kia Seltos is now fully imported from China because of using a Smartstream engine instead of Korean-built Atkinson Cycle engine. The Top-spec SX is the only Seltos variant in the Philippines that is powered by a 1.4L Smartstream G turbo petrol motor (138hp and 242Nm) while the EX and LX variants are stick with normally-aspirated 1.5L Smarstream G petrol motor (113hp and 144Nm).

rubicon good for off roading. rough roads/terrains. But can get pretty wobbly in high speed in highways
sahara good for highways. mas stable high speed. can do mild off road but not the hard ones.
