I am reading atomic habits with the Planner Spot. I’m loving how you incorporate these systems. You, Plan with Bee and The Planner Spot are my favorite functional RUclipsrs. Keep it simple and get r done!
Thank you for the video. Its is good to know how each of us try to do our best in our own capacity. Having a planner is a reflection of us & how willing we are to make it better for us.
Wonderful video girl! Super inspiring! I have lots of reference sheets for like what I want to do in a day sort of like ideally, but this mapped out by time is so good and I look forward to incorporating this in my system!!
YES! Someone else who understands what it's like to wake up in the morning and look out into the indiscernable sea of colors before putting on glasses! 😂
I would love to see your evening routine! This was a really good, practical example of a routine schedule. I appreciate you writing in your snooze time because I am a snoozer but when I write out a routine, I leave that out which usually sets me up for failure.
Your example of habit stacking (brushing your teeth & Bible studying) is a bit of a stretch. Making coffee and taking your vitamins, or drink your lemon water whilst coffee is brewing is a little closer. To me, habit stacking is finding something that triggers your memory to do the second thing. Like leaving your contact case next to tooth brush, or putting your glass for lemon water next to the coffee pot. For Bible study, I might put a Christian coffee mug out for me to use in the morning to remind me to bring my cup to my Bible. But that's me. 💜🌞🌵😷
Love your shop and your videos!!!!

Great idea incorporating a snooze!
Thanks! I have a close relationship with my snooze button. Wouldn't want to mess that up. 😅

Thank you! I’d like to see a video on your routines and/or ideal day!
I’m a -8.5 on the left and a -7.5 on the right, can relate lol.

I absolutely love Joyce Meyer and watched her show every day until I started reading through the Bible in a year and I really do miss her.
This is really great!
But I just can't believe you wake up at 5am on the weekend?? How??? What is your secret lol

Gotcha! Maybe I'm misunderstanding habit stacking then. 🤔 I thought it was more about your brain learning to associate two otherwise unrelated tasks.
Do you keep your planner beside your bed then?
Yep! 😊
Ok you piqued my interest. How / why do you see patients?
What is your role or position?
I’m a psychiatric physician assistant. 🙂
