What a fantastic video on a difficult subject! One of the best on Euclidian sequencers i've seen so far. i also like the plant on the table, which is rather perfect for this video.
Beautiful module, WOW! What a design. And really great patches, thanks for the sharing. Especially loved that last jam! Super evolving with the key changes in there
That is one pretty module. I do find-the tiniest nit-the mapping of the numbers to cardinal points when they already have their own geometry a bit less than intuitive. In terms of features, the (inverse) exponential patterns and the per-channel clock divider are nice. Devious use of the mixer, there.
Hi! We actually considered this at the beginning but the zones were too close to each other and were leading to too many misshapes. Hope that clears that up!
@@atovproject Oh, thanks for the response! I understand completely, and I certainly applaud you for following the aesthetic where it led. It's really only because the design is so coherent that the question even arises.
This is the best application of Euclidean I've seen so far. The ability to change from 16 to other divisions is a big deal! Plus the graphic display implementation is fantastic. Congratulations on a great design. Now we just need the panel printed upside down to match the new upside down mode.
Looks interesting. I'd worry performance wise about those touch sensitive rings/sweat/hitting the wrong thing....I think the "Euclidean" trend can take a break now, the market is saturated with the term and saying it's "Euclidean made easy" is like saying water is wet. I don't mean that with any snark, I just fear as individuals, we are starting to lose our own unique rhythmic possibilities when we keep handing people four circles to dial in.
If the designer was italian, his name would be Antonio Bellapasta. If he was from Spain, he would be Carlos Bienpaella. And if I, as a german, would design stuff, I'd be called Cornelius Bierbraten. 😁

Super stuff Tom, clocking sequences with rhythmic patterns and modulating those rhythms is a lot of fun!

Holy polyrhythms Batman! This is a reet piece o kit! Some inspirational ideas as well man, cheers!
This looks really good, I like the design, seems very practical.
Such a fun idea for an interface! Awesome demos :)
Love the patch with the Oct-Tone - gonna try that out!
Amazing video Tom! Looks great, sounds great too!
This looks REALLY fun to play
Great demo. It's so pretty.
Gorgeous layout
Wow, that's amazing 😊. Thanks for a clear and thorough explanation 😀
The spirals got you man!
That last patch really reminding me of The Knife! Lovely!
The Genesis song?? Awesome, you don’t hear ANYONE referencing that one 😅🤘

Aha, Swiss, like a clock!

Looks awesome! Does is have option for swing? or can it take a swung clock?
Hi! No internal swing at the moment but reacts to swung clock no problem at all.
@@atovproject awesome! thank you for the quick reply
Do you have a hardware version i have a drum machine id like to connect it to via 5 pin midi
We'll keep that in mind 😉
This looks cool but why not put the jacks at the top. It’s a drag to reach over cables to play a device.
Well, then all the people who want the jacks at the bottom would complain.
We just released a beta firmware that allows for upside down use ;)
It’s a shame the panel can’t be rotated - Instead of reaching over cables I’d prefer the controls at the bottom
There’s an upside-down firmware available now
@@TomChurchill That’s fab… thanks for letting me know
Yeah, this looks really cool, but I am super leery of capacitive controls. I have terrible luck with them.
Bring a hotdog for when your fingers aren’t capacitive compatible
@@QuasorMusic Genius! Plus, I’m covered if I need a snack!
@@MartinDoudoroffLLCWe're gonna have to start including them in the packaging 😂

My uncle lost his unique rhythmic possibilities when I was a kid. Had nothing to do with euclidian sequencers - it was stag-flation that dun it!
Touch control on top, inputs and outputs on the bottom…

elongate the gate lol
So much of the same kind of non essential div kid style clutter. Cmon, show us the good stuff like Serge
