The Doll room looks amazing now - the shelves were a great find & I love how you added the top shelf to utilise the space getting the shelves upstairs couldn’t have been easy I’m a single Mum like you & I always say to myself where there’s a will there’s a way ! xx
lol the furniture I’ve moved myself would make anybody’s head spin!!! Any single mum will know that you can put your head into furniture and lift with that too lol! 😂

Those shelves were a good bargain and so useful! I like how the 2 dark shelves frame the dark dresser and helps create a cohesive whole. I envy those thrift stores that dolltubers in the US have and I'm in the US! The toy sections in thrift stores around me are bigger than the one you showed, but a whole lot of the area is stuffed animals. When it comes to barbie sized dolls, some stores only have what you showed in that one bin. OTOH, less dolls available means less dolls that I buy and have to find room for.
See there’s the plus point isn’t it I would be out of suave in a month visiting the huge thrift shops. The other charity shop I also go too which I didn’t film has about 4 pull out bins and one shelf so what o showed is pretty standard for toys here. Bear my daughters school there are loads of charity shops but their toys sections are tiny literally one basket or bin ❤️
Your room looks amazing! I love the fairy lights. They really add a lot to the room. I am amazed how you made shelves inside the window to really use that space and make it functional. I also have my big dress barbies up high and separate from the others. Your elaborate barbies are so amazing! And it's wonderful how they stand out with the new display. And I love your mermaid area! That's such a great idea! Your videos are so inspirational! 💝✨

Doll collecting goes on forever. I know. I’ve been collecting dolls for 55 years besides my childhood dolls. 1950’s. 🤗

Thank you so much sunshine dawn. I’m not going to lie I felt pretty overwhelmed at one point and wondered why on earth I’d bought into a house I’m trying to declutter another 4 bookcases lol! But hopefully when the mess from changing things around is done the bookcases will help organisation ❤️❤️

My neighborhood Goodwill is mostly garbage. I bought one thrifted piggy plushy.🐷 I was lucky to find wonderful vintage items related to other interests, but that’s going back some years.. 😳Ooooh, I 🖤dark corners, the darker the better, I say, LOL!!!!!!!!!!!☺️ I love your use of Fairy lights and shelves! My doll bedroom / doll room is crrrrraayzee😆😬❕❕❕❕❕❕ Your doll room is fantastical and thoughtful in every sense! Yes, I’ve reached the end of my doll buying, too. I’m feeling overwhelmed, no space to spare, etc. & etc.😵💫😂🤣

Brilliant job with the shelves! This feels like a really transformative time for the doll room. And as someone who grew up with greyhounds and a lurcher, my heart melted when I saw your lovely dog. By the way, I spotted Mermaid High at my local B&M this week 😊💜
Yay you spotted the mermaid high mystery dolls! Oh Rupert is my darling dog I rescued him about 8 years ago now I also have Luna too another lurcher ❤️❤️

You found some good dolls. I agree that America has better thrift shops. My mum finds some good furniture on Facebook marketplace. I think you were meant to find those shelves. The slimmer shelf would be better for you aswell . I have the same issue issue small bedroom not enough space. Your doll room is coming on so nicely

I think those ponies at the thrift store were real, they looked all like G3s! I just started displaying my G3 collection, I would have loved to have them for my herd!
Oh were they? I never know what to look for with ponies. I thought they had my little pony stamped on the foot if they were real these just had made in China
It's nice to see how the transformation gave you more room for future dolls 👍! I love Jewel Hair Barbie 😍 I was wondering do you want to keep the black dresser in front of the window or can it go elsewhere like maybe inside the mirrored closet 🤔 Also do you want to have access to the window because if not, then you could put the new big shelf in front of the window & maybe place the thinner shelf where big one was in the hidden corner? Since that is such a tiny room, I can only imagine how hard it must be to try & utilize every inch of space 🤔
I tried the little cupboard in the corner and it looked silly as it’s not as deep , it really was lost and then the bigger cupboard wouldn’t fit the other side then. And I thought of the dresser in the wardrobe but my wardrobe is packed. So it’s like a jigsaw in there and I think only one way could I get the pieces to fit. I did contemplate getting rid of the dresser but it’s lovely to sit at and I love the dark wood x❤️❤️

lol I know I flit between the two now…. (Tell me you watch too much RUclips without telling me you watch too much RUclips 😂)I love the terminology “thrifting” too which I don’t think we have an equivalent for…..”second hand shopping perhaps? Charity shopping? But non are as good as thrifting so I think that makes me say thrift shops more. lol perhaps I’ll go back to calling it treasure hunting
