Those are great gifts for the holidays! I'd love them to with 🎃 and 🎄 My grandchildren would love these! My youngest for some reason is obsessed with them! Thanks for sharing 👍
This is pretty handy for a finishing technique, but you might want to change the title to reflect the fact that this video doesn't actually show you how to make the coasters themselves, just the bottom and finishing touches.
So when you’re doing the original punching, how did you get it to be so tight? I feel like mine is so loose on both sides. Do you punch on the side that is the front or the back?
I was wondering what punch needle did you use for these coasters? I like the size of the loops that go out… if that made sense lol. Regardless would love to know. I just read one of the articles about the difference between needles but it’s a bit confusing as I can’t see the results in which each needle performs. Hope you can help! Thanks!
i dont understand how, after doing the punching, lmao idk terminology, How does the back side remain flat? like the back of my work is very uneven and bumpy
@@MarchingNorth i dont pull it off every time, but sometimes i did. and when i wanted to work on a new area ill just cut the yarn underneath, I think i just need to keep practicing, im very new to this. I enjoy it a lot.

Hi! All are so beautiful! May I know the size of the yarn? 3ply or 4ply?
Thanks for this! I have a few coasters to make, this is a great finish!
It’s so quick and easy, and they’ve stood up to my toddler playing with them for weeks so I think they’ll last forever lol!
Which size yarn did you use and which punch needle did you use???

From where did you buy monk's cloth?
Awesome video! Where do you get patterns for this? I googled trying to find but didn't have too much luck.

Sorry if i missed it but what size hoop did you use for your coasters?
I used a 12” no slip hoop and punched all 4 at once ☺️
How do u wash these safely??
You should hand wash them, just to be safe
You can't really wash them.
❤
What fabric you used?
I used monk’s cloth 😊
@@MarchingNorth thank you
Are these washable?
As long as you use washable glue they should wash OK- I hand wash mine just to be safe.
@@MarchingNorth Thanks!!🤍

Are you pulling your punch needle up off the fabric in between punches? That can cause bumps on the back side (the side you’re punching on).

Why didn't you used whip stitch. It will give more net look.
