I’ve seen many covers of this song. Some of them quite remarkable. Yours is one of them. Such a wonderful arrangement. Your harmonies spot on with the level of emotion this song deserves. My sincere compliments. 👍
Thank you so much for giving this a listen, Martin. Your words mean so much to us and we are so glad you found us here. Dylan is one of the greatest of all time. We actually just had the pleasure of seeing him live...It was amazing. Take care.
This should be on the radio! It’s very beautiful! Such a great rendition of a classic. I’ve been playing guitar on stage for nearly 30 years. I’m not easily impressed but this was a treat and it spoke to me. Thank y’all for posting it!!
Yes, Im in the Uk, Ive seen him 7 times over the years. Many years ago though, the last time was back In 1983! he was my main influence to play guitar many years ago. I did like your rendition very much. @@admiralradiomusic
To think that this extraordinarily beautiful song was written 60 years ago! And you make it come so alive in the present with all its eternal incandescent love and longing . Thank you so much!
Danke sehr, Alex!
Open wide all my souls windows, out of each of them I see nothing but the dazzling Northern lights. What came before all is lost. A wondrous new cover of Bob Dylan's "Girl from the north country" fot the Ages!
I’m not gonna say this is the best cover of this song because I guess there’s this one group with a fiddle player and honestly that was and still is my best . But I think this has more simple touch to the song and gives you this peaceful feeling about the honesty of the lyrical beauty of the song . Just truly amazing
wow thanks really appreciate it! we never expected when we uploaded it that this would be seen by so many people. we were babies when we recorded this 🤣 such an epic song though and you're right about the lyrics. it's a deeply touching and bittersweet song. anytime we do sing it, that emotional energy is there.

Lovely harmonica playing, keeping it really simple and understated but giving a load of atmosphere and most importantly knowing when to let loose. Great guitarist as well, holding the tune and the pace. Please keep recording I'd like to hear more!
Lovely performance..loved it all the way..loved the harmony and harmonica..real talented people..cheers from Iraq. lucky guitar man !! liked and subbed.
This is amazing, Normally i just hear covers because its a creative take on the original, and then i never come back, but i for some reason keep coming back to this masterpeace, those harmonics are beautiful
Really nicely done. I have recently grown to love this song and enjoy others interpretation of the rhythms and harmony. Peaceful yet crisp at the same time. I look forward to more from you both. Be well!
I am listening from Hamburg; Germany....real good interpretation....and a damn good job ...so two things to say: go on and never stop....just chill it out like i do.... thank you both...
As a long-time admirer of Dylan, your version captures-is closest to the beauty and essence of this masterpiece-I believe you have enhanced the original. Couldn’t help thinking that Ms Becca Smith’s duet and harmonica added inspiration to the song-she mirrors, perhaps, the Girl From The North Country. Dylan loved this ballad so much, he wrote another song-Boots of Spanish Leather-using the same music melody. I’m a new subscriber and am looking forward to more of your artistry.
Thank you so much, Joe! This was a special song for us. An early inspiration for me as well as Coty in terms of songwriting (and finger picking.) There's not much that can top this kind of storytelling in our eyes. Thanks for listening.
Bob Dylan composed it and Becca & Coty immortalized it. I love Admiral Radio, I love you both, your version of Girl From The North Country is already mine and my girlfriend's theme song. Happy Valentine's Day (in Brazil it is on 12/06).
When you started singing I thought WOW he's good THEN she kicked in with her AMAZING harmony and voice and I said HOT FUCKING DAMN you guys are AWESOME!! JUST WOW!
How I ever came across your videos is pure luck! I really do hope you two can make a bunch more music videos because the world needs this! Specially now! Just amazing and beautiful. Keep up the amazing work. I subscribed no doubt!❤️

Good harmonies! I love your cover of Dylan's "cover" of Scarborough Fair
A cover that came out 3 years before the song it supposedly “covered”?
