Nice video points out clearly how this plane behaves on less experienced hands, but as someone who has playes this plane more I would like to point out a few things. 1. This plane is finicky and suffers a lot in uptiers, but in compitent hands it can get that guaranteed 1-2 kills every game. Like you mentioned. 2. Rwr does warn you when a (dangerous) radar missile is coming. The CW light indicates that. So that is incorrect. (This helps agaist its own br but not much agaist fox-3 since the rwr is not accurate enaugh) 3. The radar missiles are worse that aim-7s and 24Rs but when used at the right time they can be fairly deadly since their total energy is good. They just take more patience and caution. 4. The plane Can turn a silly amounts at low speeds with flaps (use at your own caution) so with correct positioning you can out turn a lot or planes at your own br. In summary the plane has a really stong tool kit, but it takes a lot of patiense and learning about when you can take engagements due to its armamament. This plane make certain playstyles almost unviable so its not for everyone. Also uptiers are suffering like always :)
Thank you so much for this comment. Comments like this one are incredibly helpful to not just me as a Contant creator, but also those that need more information on the plane that I was not able to give them. For the most part, I still stand by my final verdict in this video. However, after reading all the points you made in your comment I do entirely agree that a more experienced player could easily get more than what I was able to get out of this plane. I hope that in the future more people like you will continue to point out facts that I either missed in the video or got wrong during the video.
@@Crimson_Corsair I agree that your veredcit on the plane was great (only thing that I wouldn't recommend is taking no radar missiles xd). Smaller creators like you are what bring life into the warthunder scene, without a lot of biases and opinions about former metas is a fresh look that I would love to see more often. Like you mentioned a lot of people probably bought this plane to grind raffale and they will be disapointed and (most likely) will suffer grinding. I am hoping to point out that with a positive attitude and a little bit of "self criticism". You can learn a lot of cool tricks that will transfer to any plane you play after. and even planes that might seem difficult do have their moments. 👍
With respect to your 2nd point, the pings for pulses vs CW are the same. So there is no auditory difference between a regular RWR ping vs a missile's ping, and you have to pay attention to the RWR with your eye balls to see if CW is pinging or not. Eyes away from the main battle in a 16v16 scenario is a deadly combination. On multiple occasions, I've seen the CW warning a little to late and couldn't get into a notch in time. But I've played plenty of F4S so I am used a bad RWR :')
@@hawk1559 early RWRs don't filter out radar pings from your friendlies. In that case you need to have heightened awareness of your surroundings. For example, if you're ahead of your team's formation, you can essentially ignore all rear facing pings, and only focus on front and side pings. On top of that, keep an eye out on all enemies. As your first priority, keep track of the enemies that can fire on you right at that instance and immediately go defensive, regardless of if they fire at you or not. As your second priority, keep track of all the enemies that will be in a position to fire at you in the next couple of seconds and decide if you want to go aggressive or defensive against them. So yeah, pretty much the just of this is that early RWR is pretty much useless in the chaos of ARB. They make the most sense when the game is reaching its conclusion and you're finding the last couple of guys left in the enemy team.
Having over 500 battles in the F1C-200, I can safely say it's one of the most underrated premiums in the game. You can even bring the 3x 2,000lb bombs and kill a base WITH the two magic 2's; and you're looking at fat RP and SL gain every single game. While it does suffer in uptiers, in the hands of an experienced pilot you're not going to do too badly. Learn to notch and utilize good CM's and you're solid.
U can also use 2x 2000lb and 1x 1000lb to be a bit faster than every other mirage. That is just enough for 1 base, also not rly big difference, but reward multiplier is also bigger
Honestly one of my favorite jets in the game. I had a lot of frustration with it at first, and even relegated it to bombing duty for a while. Eventually I realized I had to change some of my usual tactics in order to play to the jet's strengths, and I've been enjoying it ever since.
I do agree with most of the video, but I would add that you can bring some bombs along with your Magic 2s to get an additional base along with your 2 guaranteed kills, some extra RP to go along.
Got the C-S4 in the event last year and decided to grab this while it was on sale and used them both throughout the year playing casually in air arcade. Ive gotten really good with both of them and have 10-0+ games very often. Loadouts I use are 2 Magic 2s and cannons OR 2 Magic 2s and 2 530Fs. I really wish it got 530Ds though
Something about losing speed quickly when fast is also good though. Most things you can trick into a dogfight on your terms are MiG-23s and F-14s, aircraft hilariously good at keeping high speed but that drop off like a brick once slow. Toy with em, force em into a single one circle, and then dart off while hopping they don’t have any radar missiles left
Nah , this thing is awesome as long as you know how to play it , bought it 50% off and it is amazing , got an ace once , and most games are 2-4 kill games

To Point 2: how does it warn me? Because it is just a long flashing and ringing thing because of my teammates

Wow I thought this was a big channel your good

The unlucky part for me is that they always have missiles left
12,0 makes this unplayable,constant uptiers with a 11.0 frame
Played over 40 games in it rn. Got full uptier only few times, and even in full uptier it is still good cuz it got magic2.
@@unnamed_7852I’m constantly get full uptiers in this thing (CIS/EU servers), 135 games so far. Anyway the plane is a solid grinder.
It’s not that it’s 12.0 it’s that the 12.7s and 13.0s are way too consistent for opponents
Solid Vid❤❤
I buy the Yak 3 of the french tecktree and I am now researching the 2d M2k, and with a lot of 🤩
Nice vid bro
U should do the euro fighter
I’ve been working on unlocking it for that exact purpose
Nah , this thing is awesome as long as you know how to play it , bought it 50% off and it is amazing , got an ace once , and most games are 2-4 kill games
I saw it’s on sale for like $35, you think it’s worth getting it?
Why copy defyn's thumbnails?
Bought this thing and instantly regretted the sarh missiles are just lame
if it wasnt constant full uptiers it would be ok but this sht driving me insane
