Very moved by what she has accomplished. She clearly understand equity. She did not have to do any of this.
She chose the path to actually help people, at the same time, able to profit. Greed did not usurp her, and she stood her ground in making this a great place for these families to have a home.
    What an amazing story.

The creativity of this landlord has ingeniously created and affordable housing concept that can be adapted throughout the housing market. Affordable housing has often been questionable as being affordable. Affordable housing base rent starts at 1,123 three bedroom , parking fees, guest parking fees, sewage and water, washer and dryer and those tactical pet and guest violation and pet monthly fees which includes rental insurance. Developers, strategic greed has dominated this market, the landlord has created a new paradigm that support economic and social sustainability for her community. Your efforts are commendable you have generously taken a road less traveled.

I wish many athletes will do something like that, some of them come from single family homes. Instead of buying huge houses, 5 to 10 expensive cars invest in the community. By giving out Thanksgiving turkey and others stuff are not enough. A stable place and affordable place for moms is necessary for the well being of their kid.

This was done by a woman, because she has compassion, consideration, fairness, justice and kindness built into her DNA. Had she been a man, this wouldn't have happened. I come from a continent ruled only by men and you should see the state my continent of Africa is in. It is deplorable, the human suffering is so great and very traumatising to see and all because the men that run it have destroyed it. As a result it has made me contemptuous of African men, I have no respect for them whatsoever because of the suffering they have wrought on African people. Maybe if women were given the chance to rule, they would do what this wonderful lady has done for her people. The women rulers on my continent would certainly not wage wars like the men have and plunge us into the abyss. God bless this woman always.

If every single person with billions or hundreds of millions would apply this to so many poverty stricken communities.... literally this would lift millions out of extreme and near poverty.
Society benefits and life expactancy goes up, children are educated and not hungry, and the transactional payoff is a happier society. A roof is just the beginning and Marjy Stagmeier is the advocacy that all models should follow. For profit landlords should be taxed heavily if they are not applying this model to I would venture at least 50%, yeah I said 50% of their properties.
I was evicted recently by a for profit landlord for a small place he literally wants double for it. Rentoviction. I found a new place with a very cool landlord who has capped everybody's rent to the same level base on income. No increases in the last few years, and he consults with each tenant on a person by person basis and only asks that you provide a tax document to show your income level, and he bases the rent off a third of your net. Very cool landlord. Right now I am paying $975 for a studio(hardwood floors, crown moldings 8ft ceiling, well taken care of and perfect for me!!!
I hope everyone gets so decent housing and a sustainable societal impact that they can flourish with.
