She then has visions of ways she died on other timelines (Mephiles, Infinite, Nazo, EXE etc), before all her spirits from various timelines where she died converge and form a new body. (That's kinda what I picture happening for Tails as the moment when my OC Chrono was born, except they were in one of Infinite's Null Spaces, but I guess this place where they're fighting can be also declared as a "world between time".)
