I am not confident, but i think this was a falldamage cancel, which i believe relies on uncrouching the frame you land on any slope, which confuses the game into thinking your ramp sliding. I think there is also a lot of luck involved, but in 7500 hours of tf2 ive had this happen like 5 times i can remember.
Edit: you can see the crazy horizontal momentum right after the landing, evidence of weird ramp slide behavior. Source code spaghetti.

When you land on any slope-down surface, you gain a very small speed boost when the game tries to convert your vertical momentum to horizontal. Given the large fall, he probably got a lot of speed. I have never seen a slope-down slide that wasnt absurdly steep and intended to slide you off.

what light command are you using to achieve this "flat light" look? you can see it very clearly on 3:26 3:32, theres not such a big difference as you'd expect from an interior environment to a outside environment, and honestly the game looks better like this
