2003 Pathfinders have a T30 Tamper Proof Security Torx Bit! This maybe other pathfinder years as well! Don't make the same mistake I did and buy a t50 without checking first

Just purchased an optional MOMO steering wheel from Japan. I was wondering how the cruise control module would mount onto the new steering wheel, but I guess I just needed to swap out the internal plastic piece to make it work... Hopefully. 😂

@@r50nation42 original was a Calsonic and all the replacements were Duralast since they always warranty them for free. There’s a small coolant leak somewhere that gets the starters wet and causes them to fail every few months. Just haven’t took the time to find the leak yet

Thanks man. One of my headlights turn off when I make sharp turns. Any idea if the problem might have something to do with the wheel?
I've already tried a new ballast, bulb, and headlight/turn signal switch.

Could be the clock spring going out on you but not sure though

@@dospathsgarage2854 My stereo turns off when I make a sharp right turn so you could be right. Does the headlight knob connect to that in any way? I figured it would be before the clock spring but who knows.

@@fosty. actually come to think of it, the headlight issue might not be a clock spring issue because now that I thought about it some more, the headlight and wiper stalks aren’t plugged into the clock spring. But the radio and cruise controls are though. I haven’t disassembled the steering wheel any further than the clock spring but it looks like beneath the clock spring is a plastic module that’s part of the wiper and and headlight stalk. I think the clock spring plugs into this module to operate the steering wheel controls, horn and airbag. Perhaps it’s that black module or maybe it could be a bad clock spring glitching the module out idk. I have a visual of this module thing on a video on my channel. It’s the video about indexing the clock spring. I pull the clock spring off mid way through the video and it sort of gives a visual of what I’m talking about. But yeah that module and the clock spring are pretty sus.
