SLS is short for Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. It is what strips down all the bad oils and sebum but also the good ones. Many companies have stopped using SLS in their products.
If you're using Adobe Premier, you need to make sure when you are in the export window that you move the timeline brackets to highlight the entire duration of your video. It sounds to me like you only got nine minutes exported because that is all that was highlighted in that timeline. Let me know if you have questions, I use Premier all the time!
