Daughter lives in county in a red state… his elementary school does not do woke, safe, for now. He’ll be in middle school next year. They don’t do woke either… for now, but we’re beginning to feel the heat. My s-i-l will definitely be letting them know how he feels about “WOKE”!!

*Tell 'em!!* I'm so glad you cited the Loudon County cases. And that suggestion of the nurse's office was great, as was the point about allowing already mentally disordered males additional access to females at particularly vulnerable moments and in private spaces. (And obviously the same goes for mentally ill females getting access to males, even if there's less likelihood of physical danger.)
And before anyone says, I do know they're likely to reject the alternate bathroom idea; I remember seeing at least one case several years back where they were already doing this, I believe in California. They gave this male access to the staff's bathrooms so he wouldn't have to use the boys'-which meant he was actually getting a perk the girls and the other boys weren't even getting-and that still wasn't good enough for him. Because of course he had to invade female spaces and force other folks to pretend to validate some schitt that simply was not valid!
And someone else made an awesome point, too: They'll try and claim their fellow males are a threat to their safety and that this is why they should be able to use the female bathroom, but then turn around and invalidate females who express similar concerns over the safety of having a male in their space!!
Honestly, folks are such hypocrites on this matter-when you have the nerve to want privacy and single-sex spaces, they start up this bull about how it shouldn't matter to you who else is there and claim no one's trying to look at you or whatever. Well if it's so fvcking unimportant, why the fvck are y'all suing and pitching fits to NOT use the same bathrooms as other people of your sex‽
And rejecting the use of the freaking staff bathrooms and insisting on using the communal female bathrooms is so telling for schitt like this. You're not just wanting to avoid fellow males; you're trying to force yourself around females.
They told a female student’s parents if she didn’t like males in the girls bathrooms, she could always go to the nurses office! That’s why they got that one. Also yes Loudoun county was a consequence of wokeness over safety. It’s only a matter of time before that happens here too.
