- This short video shows 'where' I mounted the INNOVV K2 camera system on my 2019 BMW K1600B, and some footage of the front and rear camera on the road.

Trying to put mine on my K1600GTL. Wish I saw this first. I'm committed to putting the DVR in the right side compartment intended for a phone. Having trouble finding a good path from the battery box to the compartment. This things got enough tupperware to open a franchise! Geesh!
Great job. I have a bagger as well. I bought almost every accessory off your list I didn't already have. Glad you showed which wire to use that positap on to get accessory power. That was a life saver there!! Surprised you don't have a PDM.

Thanks. Was looking at them today and will try the newer K5 based on a review comparing the K2. Mine will be mounted on a 21 K1600b

Not sure about the Posi-taps. you no doubt used the ones that pierce through the wire as a tap. This leaves a hole in the tapped wire. Not sure I like that. I notice you tapped into a red/yellow wire. I guess this is switched? I would have to look at the wiring diagram to confirm before punching a hole in a wire. I own a 2021. I think you said yours is a 2019? wiring may be different. I guess you added this just for accidents of perhaps road rage issues? Good video brother.
Thanks for watching. My thinking at the time was to create a connection that had the least likely hood of voiding the warranty. Solder connection would certainly be better. The dash cam was added strictly in case of the types of things you mentioned. The video and sound quality are crap.
Did you have to use a special tool to fish the front camera wire to the side panel or the rear camera wire to the area under the seat?

This system looks very interesting, not just as evidence for accidents, but rather as travel records. It seems to be more practical than a gopro, for example .. but the video quality..... ?
